Get charged up with a warm, traditional breakfast experience
Breakfast bar includes: scrambled eggs, roasted baby red potatoes, your choice of bacon or
sausage, and fresh fruit salad. Also includes shredded cheese, salsa and tabasco sauce.

Kick off your day with a bit of casual elegance with this sweet, comfort food buffet
Breakfast features the following: Cinnamon Swirl French Toast, bacon or sausage, Vanilla Greek
Yogurt, fresh berries, whole fruit and granola. Also includes powdered sugar, syrup and butter.

A little something simple to get the day started
English muffins, assorted fresh pastries, bagels and cream cheese are the focal point of this
simple breakfast bar. Round out the breakfast experience with a fresh fruit salad, individual
yogurts and granola bars.

Sandwiches are prepared and served cut in two. Platters prepared per person, assuming two

A perfect light lunch that your guests can fully customize to their taste.
Includes the following Salad bar ingredients: Romaine Lettuce, tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese, and
your choice of one: ham, grilled chicken or turkey.
Additional salad toppings are available for 1.50 each: Blue Cheese crumbles, diced fresh bacon
bits, cucumber, onion, avocado, hardboiled egg, ham, grilled chicken, turkey.

Choose 2 dressings: ranch, blue cheese, raspberry vinaigrette, Caesar, thousand island

A guest favorite, featuring our house made three cheese sauce.
Our fun, yet decadent pasta bar includes everything you need to create our house featured
macs – the buffalo and truffle mac!
Buffet includes the following: Macaroni, three cheese sauce, truffle cheese sauce, grilled
chicken, pastrami bits, green onion, blue cheese crumbles, and hot sauce. Served with garlic
bread sticks.

Fajita Bar
This buffet includes everything you need for a great fajita. Includes a little bit of everything
and not too much spice to ensure that there is sure to be something for everyone to enjoy.
Buffet includes the following: marinated steak, grilled chicken, marinated grilled vegetables,
pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream, flour tortillas, refried beans, and Spanish rice.
