To Our Sterling House Day Camp Families: The Sterling House Camp 2020 will be in full swing very soon! We are so happy to have you with us. We are planning a summer filled with fun, games, sun, and laughter. Our mission at Sterling House is to keep children safe and send them home “tired, dirty, happy, and eager to return!” In this packet you will find general information about camp for your review. A week before camp starts; you will receive an email informing you of your camper’s counselor and other details to kick-off the session. We communicate with our camp families almost daily via email, and we urge you to check it regularly to stay in-the-know about what is happening at camp for your camper’s full participation. For your calendar: New this year* • We have scheduled two opportunities for a Parent Orientation for new or returning camp families to get an overview of camp and answer any questions you may have. They are June 6th from 10:00 - 11:30 am and June 10th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Sterling House. • The Ice Cream Social Orientation has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 16th (please see the flyer on the following page) . Meet your counselor and fellow campers, while enjoying an ice cream together. It is a great kick-off kick-off to summer 2020 and we will be available to answer questions as well. At the end of this packet, there are important forms (code of conduct, sunscreen form, etc) that need to be returned to the Sterling House office or scanned and emailed to the Day Camp email by Friday, June 12th. If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact Ali Julian, Amy Kapitan, or Michael Rosati at daycamp@sterlinghousecc.org or calling 203-378-2606 x112.
