Step 1 Parent’s letters & tour brochure published by Travel and Sport & distributed to learners. Parents asked to sign & return “Notice of Intent for son to

We will compile a ‘Tour Promotional Video’ for the learners. This short 3-5 min video will serve to show learners footage of the tour highlights.

Step 3 Parents Information Evening & Tour Presentation held at the school. The detailed presentation will be delivered by a Travel and Sport
9 May 2018 representative and all important information will be disseminated. Deposit payment window opened.
Phase 4 - Deposit Deadline
Step 4 Deposit to be paid by this date to ensure placement on the tour.

Phase 5 - Tour Presentation & Parents Information Evening
Online booking process opened. Upon receipt of the deposit, parents will be directed to our online booking platform. Here, parents must register

Step 7 Visa application processing period begins 90 days prior to tour departure. Travel and Sport will assist in the visa application process. Unabridged
Mid-January 2019 birth certificates must be submitted with documentation via online booking & registration.
Phase 8 - Final Step
Step 8 Final instalments paid & flight tickets issued. Insurance activated. Final programme vouchers, bookings and tour guide information submitted &
