Accommodation Booking Service Bespoke microsite page within our Meet Birmingham website dedicated to the event giving visitors access to travel tips/maps and information on restaurants, attractions and shopping in the city. Dedicated Account Manager for the event. The organiser will have a direct contact within the Convention Bureau that will provide regular updates on accommodation and venue bookings. WMGC can provide support in securing civil dignitaries for Welcome events through our stakeholder community. These can be from across both the City of Birmingham, the West Midlands Combined Authority and other local metropolitan areas.
