We highly recommend that you pick up your race number before event day. If picking up or registering on the day please allow plenty of time. START LINE & TIMINGS Minute of Silence: A minute of silence will be held prior to the start of the walk and run. Survivor Wave: A moment to honour and recognise a special group of people. Those touched by breast cancer – survivors, friends and family. ON THE DAY A moment not to be missed – come one, come all. This experience will take place at the beginning of the SCHEDULE walk. SUPPORT & SAFETY Assembly area: The Mother’s Day Classic assembly area is located on Supreme Court Gardens. Baggage Storage: Baggage storage will be located within the assembly area in Supreme Court Gardens. Participants will be able to store outer clothing during the event and collect once they have finished. Please use the tear off strip from your race number to attach to your backpack or clothing bag. Please do not place valuables in clothing storage as we cannot accept responsibility for valuables lost or stolen. Please note that for safety random bag checks will be undertaken at the baggage storage this year. First Aid A first aid station will be located at the finish line on Supreme Courts Gardens for those requiring emer- gency medical assistance. If you require medical assistance whilst out on the course, please notify the nearest course marshal and they will contact the ap- INFORMATION propriate personnel to assist. Meeting places ON THE DAY Be sure you arrange a clear meeting place for your family or team. We recommend meeting in the assembly area.
