     All advertising is subject to Publisher’s approval.

2.   Positions of advertisements is at the discretion of the Publishers, expect where specific preferred positions are
     covered and agreed to by contract.

3.   Short rate will apply if advertiser has not earned billed rate at end of contract period. Rebate will be made at
     end of contract period if advertiser has used sufficient additional insertions to earn lower rate. Insertion orders
     are non-cancellable upon signing by client.

4.   Publisher assumes no liability for errors in key numbers, free information numbers of advertising index, or for failure
     to publish an advertisement for any reason.

5.   Advertiser and advertising agency assume liability for all content of advertisements printed, and also assume
     responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against the Publisher.

                                                                 part of the character. Single color type should be no less than .004 at the thinnest
                                                                 part of the character.

                                                          •      Reverse type should use a dominant color (usually 70% or more) for the shape of
                                                                 the letters. Where practical and not detrimental to the appearance of the job, make
                                                                 the type in the subordinate colors slightly larger to minimize register problems on the
                                                                 production press.
                                                          •      All supplied materials intended for use in AMG/PARADE publications must be
                                                                 properly trapped and, when possible, image trapping should be represented in the
                                                                 accompanying SWOP proofs.
                                                          PROOF REQUIREMENTS:
                                                          •  AMG/PARADE will no longer require color proofs.
                                                          •  AMG/PARADE will produce a SWOP certified proof from the uploaded PDF/x-1a
                                                             file to be used as color guidance on press.
