Benefit Auction
FELLOWSHIP, FOOD, & FUN | MAY 12
The annual Benefit Auction is a time of celebration, Attractive New Venue
fellowship, and fun. This year’s auction will be held Newly constructed
in the newly constructed Chapel and Dining Hall on Oakwood Chapel and Dining Hall!
the grounds of Black Rock Retreat. At the start of the
auction there will be a brief Ribbon Cutting ceremony,
celebrating the new facilities recently constructed to
make room for more children to attend Summer Camp.
We anticipate this new venue to attract a higher than
average attendance and thus provide more exposure
for your business.
Audience: This event reaches many of Black Rock
Retreat’s long-term supporters, as well as a variety of
individuals from the Lancaster County community who
come to support our ministry.

Run The Rock
RUGGED 5K & 10K TRAIL RUN | MAY 12
Run the Rock is a new event which will occur the
same day as the Benefit Auction. All runners
who register before April 13, 2018 will receive a
moisture wicking athletic shirt featuring company
logos from sponsors like you. Runners will also
receive awards. These awards are another good
way to get your brand into the hands of our
participants.
Audience: This new event is intended to reach
athletes looking for a spring challenge on
natural terrain. We anticipate a variety of age
groups, from competitive runners to family
members who participate in other Black Rock
Retreat programs.

BR2RB Bike-A-Thon
PHYSICALLY & PHILANTHROPICALLY POWERFUL | SEPTEMBER 14-15
The BR2RB Bike-a-thon is a 125-mile challenge
from Black Rock Retreat to Rehoboth Bay. Over one
hundred fifty riders participate each year. Riders
who register before July 13, 2018 will receive
a cycling jersey featuring company logos from
sponsors like you. Multiple food stops are available
to riders throughout the day. Yard signs at these
food stops are another good way to get your brand
in front of our participants.
Audience: This event attracts a cross section of
independent professionals, corporate managers
and small/medium size business owners.

Annual Golf Tournament
PUTTING YOUTH FIRST | SEPTEMBER 24
The annual golf tournament is hosted locally on
a beautiful and challenging golf course. Over
one hundred sixty players participate each year.
Diamond, Gold, and Silver sponsors receive
complimentary passes which your business
can use to reward your hard-working staff or to
network with other business professionals. Yard
signs placed at various holes throughout the course are another good way to get your brand in
front of our participants.

Annual Banquet
STORIES OF TRANSFORMATION | OCTOBER 16
The Annual Banquet is a celebration of stories and testimonies of God’s work at Black Rock
Retreat. Over three hundred guests attend each year. Sponsor names are listed in the program
and tent signs are placed on sponsored tables which is a great way to get your brand in front of
our participants.
Audience: This event reaches Black Rock Retreat’s core supporters, as well as other ministry-minded
individuals who believe in the value of sharing God’s love through retreat and camping programs.

posure as possible. That’s why we are offering multiple levels of sponsorship for each of our
events. The bigger your investment, the more exposure we can offer.
With over 10,000 on-site visitors per year, 60,000
website users per year and social media followers
numbering over 6,000, an active mailing list of over
5,000 addresses and an email list over 3,000, Black
Rock Retreat has strong in-house communication
channels to help drive engagement.

to schedule a time to pick it up.

special “Buy Three, Get One
Complimentary” opportunity.
Businesses who sponsor three
events or more will receive one complimentary event sponsorship at an equal value to your
