2019 EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE December 3, 2018 Dear Potential Partner: On behalf of the John Deere Construction and Forestry Dealer Association (JDCFDA), I am pleased to announce the dates of our 2019 Executive Conference and to invite you to participate as a Partner. Our Association provides member services to approximately 34 North American Dealers that sell, rent, lease, and service John Deere Construction and Forestry equipment. The Dealer channel as a whole has total annual sales (equipment, parts, & service) of roughly $20 billion and procures about $6 billion in goods to run their organizations. Our inaugural event in May 2017 was very successful offering networking opportunities with 125 Dealer Principals and senior managers from 26 dealer groups. In 2019, we are striving to achieve the same level of success. This year, the central trade show floor will continue to be a focal point of the conference. Also, we will once again invite the Partners to attend our keynote speaker sessions. The Partnership program will provide your company with visibility to the Deere C&F dealer channel, and more importantly, an opportunity to meet and network with Dealer Principals and management. The primary focus of the partnership is in support of our 2019 JDCFDA Executive Conference. However, there will be other marketing opportunities throughout the year via the JDCFDA website and dealer communications. As part of the 2019 Partnership program, participants will be able to: • Sponsor different aspects of the JDCFDA Executive Conference (based on level of Partnership) • Network directly with dealers from their booth on the central trade show floor • Attend the industry Keynote Speaker sessions • Attend the Corporate Partner’s Reception held in conjunction with our event Please take the time to review the enclosed information and find the package that suits your company. 2019 EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE The Event The format for 2019 will focus on networking between Dealers and Vendors, along with engaging keynote speakers. Who Will Attend JDCFDA 2019? Our target audience is Dealer Principals and their senior management teams. Partners will have the opportunity to network with the decision-makers from all the Deere C&F dealer groups in the U.S. and Canada. The conference has been planned to provide executive-level speaker sessions combined with time to explore an intimately-sized vendor floor. As conference participants, Partners will not only be given the opportunity to showcase their companies’ products and services, but also to attend the keynote speaker sessions. 2019 EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE Who We Are The John Deere Construction & Forestry Dealer Association (JDCFDA) is a national organization of Deere Construction and Forestry (C&F) dealers. Our members are our shareholders and we count 98 percent of all the applicable dealers as active members. Our Purpose JDCFDA is committed to providing open, meaningful, and useful communications among and between its member dealers and representatives of John Deere. Priorities 1. To maintain and enhance the synergistic relationship between John Deere and its dealers. 2. To grow a strong, sustainable dealer community through subject matter expert meetings, communications and events. 3. To maximize the dealer channel’s purchasing power by developing value-added opportunities for members with premium suppliers. 4.
