Women & Shoes is a wine pairing, shoe shopping fundraiser to help
raise money in the fight for our critically ill children and their families
here in the Coastal Empire.

VISION: The mission of the RMHC© of the Coastal Empire is to create, find and support
programs that directly enhance the health & well-being of children and families in the Coastal
Empire region.
About Ronald McDonald House Charities© of the Coastal Empire
When a child is hospitalized the love and support of family is as powerful as the strongest medicine
prescribed. Savannah's Ronald McDonald House© allows families to remain close to their children
receiving treatment at area hospitals. In 2018, the Savannah RMH© provided 4,970 family night
stays. Our House has 13-bedrooms and operates on a waiting list most of the year. In addition to
having a private bedroom and bathroom, families have amenities that include a new renovated
kitchen, TV room/playroom, internet access, laundry facilities and an outdoor recreational area.
Volunteer groups come to the House each night and provide a home cooked meal for our families.
Most importantly, our families have 24-hour access to their children who are in the hospital. To
