Room rental and staff. Room rental: The room rental for the Locations Clubhaus and Ostschleifenterrasse will be charged per day. A room rental is always necessary for the Clubhaus. In the restaurant it depends on the type of use (exclusive/non-exclusive). In the following flat rates the room rental including basic cleaning on the day of the event is already contained in the price. Installation and deinstallation times can be booked for an additional fee depending on availability. Staff: Our professional and friendly service and kitchen staff will be at your disposal during the entire event. According to your wishes and ideas, the staff planning is carried out according to your needs, so that you can enjoy your party in a relaxed atmosphere. 6

Seating and table linen. Seating: The existing standard interior and exterior seating is included in all rooms. We would be happy to ask our partner for further seating options for larger groups or individual ideas and you will receive an offer for your desired seating. Table linen: The appropriate table linen for our in-house seating is included in the price. If required, this also includes black bar table covers and white cloth napkins. 11
Dishes, cutlery and decoration. Dishes and cutlery: High-quality Leonardo glasses, shiny Hep cutlery and cream-coloured RAK dishes as well as our barbecue & buffet equipment is available to you free of charge at the event, depending on your needs and the number of people. If you are not satisfied with our in-house selection, our partner will also supply the appropriate equipment according to your wishes and for an additional charge. Decoration: Included in the all-inclusive price is a theme-related floral decoration by our cooperation partner that matches the event. Small vases with seasonal flower variations are used. We are happy to take personal wishes regarding the flower order into account. Further decoration wishes can be implemented at any time for an additional charge. 12

Cocktails and pastries. Cocktails: Quality prevails! The First-Bar in Detmold, under the management of a cocktail world champion, is the right contact in this area. We would be happy to ask the team for you. That is why we are always happy to recommend them when it comes to providing the right ambience with light and music.For smaller events, we are happy to provide you with our in-house mobile "basic light package" (6 LED floor spots) at no extra charge. Parking. Various parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the locations are available to you and your guests free of charge. If you would like to leave your vehicle on the premises overnight, we recommend the parking area at the head office. More than 100 parking spaces are available in the area of the Ostschleifenterasse. Crossing the bridge, participants immediately reach the upper floor of the Ostschleifenterrasse, where the TURN ONE Restaurant is located. Directly around the Clubhaus there is space for about 25 vehicles. Another 50 vehicles can be parked conveniently at the SUV building, which is less than 2 minutes walk away. For larger groups we recommend using the parking area at the head office in combination with a shuttle service. 16
Security and cleaning staff. Security: You have many guests and have to hire a security service? No problem. We would be happy to organise trained and friendly staff to keep an overview during your party. The personnel costs for security amount to € 47.60 incl. VAT per person and hour. Stand-by cleaning: In addition to the included basic cleaning, it is sometimes useful to check and clean the sanitary facilities during the running event.
