CEREMONY OFFERINGS Your ceremony package includes a private ceremony location, a back-up room in the event of inclement weather, ceremony room set-up/break-down, and white folding chairs. A Special Events Manager will help organize and orchestrate your ceremony rehearsal and processional. Floral decorations or ceremony decor (i.e. arbors, columns, drapery, runners, etc.) are available as an add-on package. OCEANFRONT COURTYARD With stunning ocean views the Oceanfront Courtyard is perfect for a ceremony or cocktail hour. The courtyard accommodates up to 200 seated guests
INN DINING ROOM Located in the Historic Inn, this room’s inviting colors and wood beam vaulted ceilings envelope one with a feeling of warmth and romanticism. The room can seat up to 180 guests. SPA LAWN Overlooking the Lagoon Golf Course, the sprawling greens act as an ideal ceremony backdrop.. The Spa Lawn has ample room for 250 seated guests.
FLORIDA ROOM Located within the Surf Club, the Florida Room is th epitome of Old Florida charm with a grand fireplace, warm wood tones, and ocean views. The Florida Room’s ceremony capacity is 130 guests. ROOFTOP COURTYARD The Rooftop is both exceptional and private. Suited for intimate ceremonies and receptions, the Rooftop evokes an otherworldly ambiance. The Courtyard is reserved along with the surrounding guest rooms.
RECEPTION GUIDE Ponte Vedra Inn & Club does not charge a rental fee for reception locations, however, food minimums must be observed. All minimums listed reflect evening events and do not include beverages, tax or gratuities. Should you need daytime event pricing, please contact your Special Events Manager. GRAND BALLROOM The Grand Ballroom is the largest and most formal reception venue that Ponte Vedra Inn & Club offers. The Ballroom can host up to 500 guests for a reception style event and up to 250 guests for a seated dinner. TERRACE & LAGOON ROOMS The Terrace & Lagoon Room open on to the Ocean Golf Course. Enjoy cocktail hour in History Hall or outside on the West Putting Green. The connecting rooms can host up to 300 guests for a casual reception or 170 seated guests.
SURF CLUB PATIO The Mediterranean inspired Surf Club Patio provides a perfect backdrop for a truly romantic reception. Dance the night away beneath the stars while enjoying spectacular ocean views. PLANNING YOUR SPECIAL DAY PERSONAL TOURS We welcome you to schedule a personal tour of our beautiful resort. Guided tours are conducted Monday through Friday by appointment only. In the best interest of our brides, our attention during weekends is exclusively dedicated to creating unforgettable weddings and events. DATE RESERVATIONS Reservations may be made up to 12 months from the date of your event.Once availability is confirmed, a signed wedding agreement and a deposit will guarantee your reservation. DEPOSIT Should you choose to host your event at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, a deposit totaling 25% of the food minimum is required with a signed contract. COURTESY ROOM BLOCK Ponte Vedta Inn & Club is happy to offer you a complimentary room block for your wedding guests at a special rate. Please contact your Special Event Manager for additional information. WEDDING CEREMONY Ponte Vedra Inn & Club offers Wedding Ceremony packages only when associated with a full service Wedding Reception with a minimum of 40 people and are dependent on site availability, time of day, and number of expected guests. Packages from $2,200. WEDDING EVENT SERVICES FEE All wedding receptions are subject to a $1,000 Wedding Event Services Fee. WEDDING PLANNING A Special Events Manager will be dedicated to the success of your event. The manager acts as a catering liason between you and Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. Couples are welcome to enlist the assistance of a third-party wedding planner. 12
PLANNING YOUR SPECIAL DAY SPA & SWING PACKAGES Ponte Vedra Inn & Club offers an array of leisure activities. Please inquire about our Spa & Swing packages for you and your bridal party. FOOD & BEVERAGE All food and beverage must be provided by the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club with the exception of your wedding cake. MENU TASTINGS Ponte Vedra Inn & Club is the proud recipient of numerous culinary honors. Our Executive Chef and his staff are dedicated to maintaining our long standing history of culinary excellence. Menu tastings are available by special request. OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS Ponte Vedra Inn & Club offers complimentary luxury accommodations for the Bride & Groom. We also offer rooms for out-of-town guests. Our Sales Department will gladly quote room blocks for your guests. (Availability is not guaranteed, particularly during holiday weekends). PARKING Guest self parking is complimentary. Valet parking service is available for $5 per vehicle. VENDORS Vendors hired to provide services must be appropriately licensed, insured and approved by Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. Please ask your Special Event Manager for a list of insurance requirements and list of preferred vendors. SERVICE GRATUITIES All prices are subject to a 22% service charge and 6.5% sales tax.
