as perfect as possible.
Scamander Beach Resort is a venue that is
situated in one of the most beautiful locations
in the world with million dollar views over the
Scamander River Mouth to the ocean. The Ocean View restaurant function
room best captures these views with floor to ceiling windows allowing this
remarkable seaside location to be the backdrop to your wedding.
Our team strive to provide the best in professional service with amazing
menu and beverages options in a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere. Each
wedding package is tailored to ensure your wedding is just how want it to be.
Wedding Ceremonies
At Scamander Beach Resort we have two lovely packages for your wedding ceremony.
Basic Ceremony Package: $200
● Exclusive use of the Ocean View pool side area
● Signing Table with table cloth & chair
Premium Ceremony Package:
$1000
● Exclusive use of the Ocean View pool side area
● 30 White chairs
● Signing table with table cloth & chair
*Please note, the dining room can be used as a wet weather
backup.
*Celebrant to supply microphone and sound system for music.
Our House Celebrant - $650
Hello, my name is Terese Tanner and I am a Commonwealth registered
Marriage Celebrant. www.teresetanner.com So blessed to live here in
Tasmania where I perform Traditional, Bespoke and Sacred Marriage
Ceremonies. I am a warm and confident person with a passion for creating
deeply moving ceremonies with a touch of magic that tells your unique
and beautiful story. I am committed to keeping you comfortable and
relaxed so you can simply enjoy being present in the moment. I am a
happy, reliable and trusted Celebrant, with a background in events and
performance and I travel anywhere in Tasmania to perform beautiful
ceremonies.
Wedding Receptions
We have a large dining area with full view of the Bar way, ocean and beach over the top
of our beautiful outdoor pool, the pool area can also be used for your wedding
reception weather dependent.
The dining room, Beaches Ocean View Restaurant, is perfect for weddings up to 100
people under Covid restrictions and up to 300 with no restrictions.
Wedding Service
fee:
There are two wedding service options:
Option 1 - Exclusive access to the dining room and outdoor
area. $950
Option 2 - Shared space for smaller weddings $500
Both options include:
● Room Set up
● 3 hour room access the day prior post 8pm
● House Cutlery, Crockery and Glassware
● Tables & Chairs
(Inclusive of guest, bridal, gift and cake tables)
● Complimentary House Background Music
● Printing Basic Menus
● Cake Knife
● Basic Seating Chart
● White table Cloths
The wedding service fee is the same for a cocktail
style wedding.

Non-refundable deposit of $500 is required for your wedding booking within 14 days of confirmation. 2. Final payment of balance for wedding ceremony and reception packages is required 30 days prior to arrival for all bookings. 3. 75% payment is required for cancellations between 90 and 31 days prior to arrival. 4. Full payment required for cancellations for 30 days and prior to arrival.
