After a false start in 2020 due to Covid restrictions all is back on track and Drill Down 2021 is
shaping up to be an extraordinary event, with 60% of the sponsorship opportunities sold.
With the backing of our partner companies and sponsors we have constructed an exciting
conference programme that includes Keynote Speakers, an excursion to Waiheke Island and
the opportunity to mix and mingle with your fellow delegates and the event sponsors within
the exhibition hall over the duration of the Conference.
Drilling into the Future is our theme for this event, we have worked with our partnership
companies to bring to the table their leading edge technologies and solutions that will assist
the drilling industry looking ahead.
We understand that your time is valuable and attending this event may be a disruption to
your business. Our intent is to provide added value for both delegates and sponsors that
attend this event along with an excellent opportunity to:

We expect over 100 delegates and exhibitors, 18 indoor and a large outdoor Trade Exhibition
area*. The exhibitors, delegates and visitors who attend the two-and-a-half-day conference
include representatives from all divisions of the drilling contracting and supply industry
sectors. Previous events have been attended by most of the key decision makers from the
drilling industry including, CEOs and Senior Managers, Drilling staff and others.
This event has been structured to provide delegate to sponsor face to face opportunities
over a whopping 55% of the total conference hours within the exhibition hall.

On Saturday 4th September 2021, we will be hosting an auction at the Grand Gala Dinner. At
this event we will be auctioning off a variety of donated gifts. All proceeds from the auction
will be donated to the Key to Life Charitable Trust, which is founded by Mike King. This trust
is a community peer support group, aiming to change the way New Zealanders think, act and
feel about mental health and suicide. They aim to affect positive social change surrounding
the population trends of depression and suicide in New Zealand by working with mental
health professionals, service providers, astute business leaders, and our communities.

The event is being held at the Rydges Formosa Golf Resort in Beachlands, Auckland

The resort is located on a world-class, international, 18 hole golf course overlooking the
Hauraki Gulf with panoramic views . There is an undercover driving range, accommodation,
restaurant and bar on site also. If you can find time to play golf or try out the driving range

will be subject to full refund, a minimum of 4 weeks notice prior to commencement of conference will be subject
