Dear Guest, It gives us great pleasure to welcome you to Clayton Hotel Sligo and to extend our very best wishes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please find enclosed our Directory of Guest information. The information contained in this directory is designed to enhance your visit by providing details of services available in the hotel. Additionally we also provide a guest information area just off the lobby to help you with other activities during your stay. Should you require any assistance with these, please do not hesitate to contact us through reception. During some times of the year the opening/closing times of facilities and/or restaurants may vary to accommodate seasonal changes. The amendments are posted on our notice board in reception. Yours sincerely, Management Team RESTAURANT & BAR Sinergie Restaurant, simple modern cuisine is served in a warm contemporary setting. Breakfast is served daily in Sinergie. Lunch and dinner vary depending on the season. Contact Sinergie at ext. 7089 for opening times and reservations. Bulben’s Bar & Bistro offers a truly Irish welcome. The menu is varied with a focus on natural Irish flavours and ingredients. We are open daily for lunch and dinner from 12.30pm - 9.30pm. For further information, please contact ext. 7312. ROOM SERVICE For room service breakfast, please fill in the breakfast card located in your room and hang it on the corridor side of your door before 4.00am. In addition to breakfast there is a room service menu in your room. Please note tray charge of €5pp applies for room service orders. MEETING & EVENTS Choose from any of our 6 conference rooms, accommodating 2 - 600 delegates which are situated on the ground floor in our purpose built conference centre. Our meeting rooms are adaptable to provide flexible solutions to your specific needs. We offer every size space you need – from a simple business meeting to a uniquely stylish ball or conference. For all conference and meeting enquiries, please call us at ext. 7003. For weddings and private functions, our Pegasus Suite can cater for up to 400 guests. CLUB VITAE & ESSENCE SPA We have a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and 20m swimming pool, 6 treatment rooms, hydrotherapy bath and relaxation room. We offer a personal fitness consultation and also a number of classes available to both our members and residents. Whatever way you choose to keep fit, whatever advice or instruction you need, you’ll find it all at Club Vitae. Club Vitae is complimentary to hotel guests. Swimming caps are compulsory in the swimming pool and swim nappies are compulsory for babies. These are available to purchase in Club Vitae if required. Complimentary towels are available for hotel guests in Club Vitae. BABYSITTING With notice we would be delighted to arrange a babysitter for you. The cost of the babysitter is advised in advance and settled directly with the baby sitter. SPA You will find an Essence Spa brochure in your bedroom with a full list of treatments and prices available. Should you prefer to avail of room service breakfast, please fill out the card in your bedroom and hang it on the outside of your door before 4.00am. After this a late check out fee will apply. You can extend your check out till mid afternoon subject to availability for a reduced rate which will include full use of Club Vitae. COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES Coffee/tea making facilities are available in all our bedrooms. If you need additional supplies, please contact reception. DOCTOR / DENTIST Should you require medical attention, please dial 0 to contact reception. DO NOT DISTURB If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the appropriate sign on the door handle outside your room. DRY CLEANING A same day return dry cleaning is available Monday-Saturday. Please place laundry items in your laundry bag which you will find in the centre drawer in your dressing table in your room. Please mark items carefully on your dry cleaning form. Place laundry bag outside your room before 9.00am and contact reception. There is no dry cleaning on Bank Holidays. DUTY MANAGER A manager is on duty 24 hours a day, to contact the manager please dial 0 for reception. ELECTRICAL Please be aware that your appliances may be of different voltage. Our voltage is 240 volts. EMERGENCY EXIT There is an emergency plan located on the back of your bedroom door. All emergency exits are illuminated. In the case of emergency please exit the building by the nearest safest exit and assemble in front of the church at the front of the hotel and notify a member of staff that you have evacuated safely. EMERGENCY NUMBER Please dial 0 in case of Emergency. FIRE If the fire alarms continue to ring longer than 20 seconds please walk to the nearest exit. In the interest of safety please study the fire evacuation routes on the back of your door. Please note bell tests are carried out every Monday at noon in line with health and safety guidelines for approximately 10 seconds. GOLF 18-hole crazy golf course available for €3.50 per person. HEATING Your heating can be controlled from your room, please turn the dial on your radiator to the temperature desired. If you need any further assistance please contact reception by dialling 0. ICE Ice can be obtained in our main bar. LUGGAGE STORAGE We would be happy to store your luggage for you on departure, please ask at reception to avail of this service.
