SCHEDULE           11th September:              Arrival day and meeting with coaches
                   12th – 17th September:       Training camp
                   18th September:              Departure day

PARTICIPATION CRITERIA:

Each Association may nominate two players (2 girls and 2 boys, born later than
1st January 2009) and ONLY 1 accompanying coach. National Associations
should nominate their MOST TALENTED PLAYERS from whom future top performance
may be expected.
Depending on the number of associations entering players ETTU could fill empty
places.
If the number of entries exceeds the number of available places for the camp, players
will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis consider-ing the 2 highest ranked
players (1 boy & 1 girl) per association.

We encourage the Associations to nominate female coaches as well.

We hereby inform you that at least 4 the best evaluated players (2 boys and
2 girls) from ETTU Hopes Selection Camp in Havirov (CZE) will be nominated
for the ITTF Hopes Week & Challenge (December 2021 in China)

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS AND DEADLINE FOR

ETTU will pay subsidy for accommodation cost for 1 girl and 1 boy from each
NA’s – 30€ / day / player

For all other cost and coaches the accommodation price will be 65€ / day / person.
This includes accommodation and food (3 meals per day), local transport and free
transport to and from Ostrava (CZE) and Katowice (POL) and Krakow (POL) airport,
train or bus stations Havirov or Ostrava.

Cancellation of participants is possible till: September 4th 2021

For cancellation after September 4th CANCELLATION FEE of 120€ will be
charged.

ACCOMMODATION AND VENUE:

The National Training Center Havirov (NTC Havirov – www.ntchavirov.cz is located
in Czech Republic close to Polish and Slovak border in Central Europe.
Under one roof you can find a sports hall with 32 tables, a Fitness centre, conference
rooms, a restaurant, and a hotel (9 rooms: 5 quadruple rooms, 1 triple rooms and 3
double rooms, next to NTC Havirov is situated one football fields, indoor swimming
pool.
3 minutes by car is situated second official hotel – Hotel Rudolf (4*) with 30 double
rooms (www.hotelrudolf.cz)

Please note that only players and their coaches are accepted for the full
board accommodation at the training camp.

Accompanying persons (parents, visitors, etc.) will be able to visit the camp but
have to make their own arrangements (hotel, transport, food, ...)

COVID PROTOCOL:
Before arrival:
•    All participants should be tested negative for COVID-19 on PCR test within 72
                hours before entering the country and send test result to LOC
        (recepce@sksthavirov.cz), latest until September 10th 20,00 h
•    All participants before entering to Czech Republic must fill in the arrival form
     which is on website https://plf.uzis.cz/

Upon arrival:
•    All participants (even the ones vaccinated in their country) will undertake a
     COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (“ART Test”) at the Venue for ETTU cost
•    A person who is tested positive at COVID-19 ART test will be immediately
     isolated. A COVID-19 PCR-based test will follow immediately. In case the
     person being tested positive at the quick test was in contact before with other
     persons of the team then a COVID-19 PCR-based test will be made for the
     whole team. The result of this test is available within 24 hours. These tests are
     on the person’s National Association costs.
•    If the PCR test reconfirms a participant positive, then the host country’s rule
     will apply.

TRANSPORT:
ARRIVALS – DEPARTURES

You can be picked up from the following airport free of charge: Ostrava Airport (CZE)
(45 km), Katowice Airport (POL - 110 km and Krakow Airport (POL – 145 km).
Additionally we can pick you up free of charge from Havirov or Ostrava railway
station.
For those coming with their own vehicle, there will be free parking close to the hotel.

If your delegation needs a visa for Czech Republic, please get in touch with the Czech

MEETING FOR COACHES:
A meeting with the coaches and the Head Coach is scheduled on September 11th at
8 pm.

Free Internet and Wi-fi are available in the hotel and venue.
