service As a Midtown Summer Advisor, you will be a character-growth coach to a team of young men. Through regular individual meetings, Advisors work with each boy throughout the six-week program to develop and follow through on practical goals and resolutions pertaining to virtue, work ethic, a spirit of service, and friendship.

For seven weeks, you'll share meals, work, sports, visits to local Chicago sites, weekend excursions, and most of all the common goal of helping young men grow in character. Be a Midtown Advisor Midtown seeks seventeen mature college men to serve as Advisors and role models to over four hundred 4th-12th grade boys during Summer 2021. Advisors must have demonstrated academic achievement and leadership ability. Previous experience working with young people is desired. Advisors should be motivated to serve as effective role models and to form genuine friendships with their students and fellow Advisors.
