PAGE 2 Letter from the General Manager Hello Greensburg County Club Members and Supporters, It’s great to be kicking off the Golf Season here at Greensburg Country Club! Thanks to everyone who came out for the 1st Annual Par 3 Tourna- ment on April 17th. We had a full field of players and although the weather was a bit chilly eve- ryone had an enjoyable time. I believe we may have a new traditional pre-opening day event with the Par 3 Tournament. After golfing, many participated in a chipping contest and got into the 50/50 raffle. These are fun activities and help fund projects to continue to improve Greensburg Country Club! Thanks for all who attended our sold out Italian Wine Dinner on April 24 th. We will be announcing two dates in June that we will be doing an Argentinean Wine Dinner. Executive Chef Michael Thomas and his culinary TEAM (together everyone achieves more) really put together a delicious experience for the event. Morgan Dowdrick, Debbie Pologruto , and the service TEAM delivered excellent service! Hope everyone enjoyed Andy Wineman’s build your own hotdog & nachos on April 24th. Our opening Day of Golf is May 1st & the Ryder Cup Golf Event is the weekend of May 22nd! So the golf season is officially in full operation! On May 19th we will be doing a Happy Hour featuring the music of Mr. Jones & the Diva from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. We are also very excited to be opening the Pool on May 29th! It’s going to be a great Pool Season. Our Memorial Day Celebration is at the Pool on May 31st! I would like to thank everyone for their passion and excitement since I have arrived here! The support & participation will continue to give us opportunities to keep doing fun & engag- ing events at Greensburg Country Club. The place “Where Families Come To Play.” Respectfully, Bradley W. Ladik, CCM, CSW, CDP General Manager, Greensburg Country Club
PAGE 3 From the Membership Corner We love having members to help us help the club attract new members. We are currently looking for a few other member volunteers to facilitate new members. Please email kkillen@greensburgcc.com or call Kristie at 724-837-1810 to be added to our New Member Committee, or any of our other committees. Our New Membership rate structure is as follows. After a $1000 Initiation Fee, new members then receive 35% off their dues year one, 25% off dues year two, then 15% off dues year three. So a new member will enjoy unprecedented savings for three years un- til the year 2024! (Only applies to new Golf and Founders Memberships) 2021 Food and Beverage Minimums/Payment Due Dates and Payment Options Just as a reminder, all Golf, Founders and Pool Members have a quarterly Food and Beverage minimum requirement associated with the membership. The re- quirement is $150 per quarter. The first quarter consists of March, April and May. The second quarter is June, July, August. The third quarter is September, October and November. The fourth quarter is December, January and February. All food and beverage purchases go towards the minimum requirement including to-go or- ders and bottles of wine. All members can access their current minimum require- ment through our online statement portal. Please note that monthly statements are mailed or emailed on the first of the month for the previous month’s activity. If you wish to pay by check, please en- sure the check is received in the office by the 16th of the month. If payment is not received by the 16th, the credit card on file will be charged. Another payment option that is available to our members is ACH payment. With ACH payment, you would not have to worry about the payment being charged to the credit card on file and you would not have to send in a check either. The Club would deduct the payment directly from your bank account on the 16th of each month for the balance on the statement. To setup the ACH payment option on your member account, please contact Jason Hopkinson in our office at (724)837- 1810.

PAGE 6 The Grounds Committee is instituting a plan to care for the golf course. At the end of each row of lockers will be a sign asking you to pay particular attention to the care of one hole on the course. As always, please replace div- ots (in fairways, fill around the divot with sand from the carts), fix ball marks, and be aware of where you drive your cart on every hole, but we ask that you give extra effort to complete these tasks for any divots/ball marks you see on your assigned hole. We hope that this will help Tobin and his crew keep GCC in top condition! Thank you! – The Grounds Committee A HOLE IN ONE! Mike Robb April 17, 2021 Hole #17, 155 yards, Par 3, 8 iron Impressive!!
