ON YOUR ARRIVAL
If you notice any damage or missing
articles in your rental accommodation,
please notify the campsite reception on
the day you arrive or the following day
at the latest. Please leave your mobile
home in the same state you found it.
SECURITY/SAFETY RULES
CAMPSITE RULES Smoking is strictly prohibited in the
rental accommodation.
Barbecues are strictly prohibited.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When you go out, remember to close
your doors and windows in order to
avoid theft.
Silence is compulsory after 10pm,
until 7am.

ON YOUR DEPARTURE
Set the fridge on «0» and leave the
door open.
The outgoing inventory will be done by
an office manager with you between
9am and 10am.
If you do not wish to clean your
accommodation before you leave, please
inform reception by the Wednesday (at
the latest) prior to your departure.
After the inventory, if the accommodation
is not clean, two options will be available CAMPSITE RULES
to you :
- Pay €100 cleaning costs. In this case,
we will take charge of the cleaning,
except for washing dishes and removing
waste.
- Clean the accommodation.
A charge will apply for any damage
caused.
For further information, the reception is
open from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm
to 7pm. We hope you enjoy your stay
with us !

The campsite gate is closed between
USEFUL 11pm and 7am. During this time, you
may enter only on foot.

to reception.

TENNIS TABLE
Net, racket and balls are available
from reception and a deposit of €20 is
requested.
WASHING MACHINE
The washing machine tokens (€5 per
token) are available at reception.

Is there a problem with the furniture or a
leak... ?
Some kind of inconvenience may occur :
we are at your disposal to solve it.
If you encounter the slightest problem,

COASTAL PATH
Access is free and the path is marked
out. Remember to wear proper shoes
and to take a bottle of water.
Impossible access with a pushchair or a
bicycle.
Climbing is also prohibited as the rock
faces are friable. We advise you to stay
on the paths.
Be careful ! When it is very windy, the
paths may be closed due to fire risks.
Feel free to make enquiries at the
reception desk.

The landing wharf is located at the
Tour Fondue, 3 km far away from the
campsite.
Departures every 30 minutes during the
peak season.
In July and August, arrive before 9am
and return before 5pm or after 8pm to
avoid traffic jams.
The Îles car park gives you direct access
to the port.
13PORT CROS OR LE LEVANT
The landing wharf is located at the Port
of Hyères, behind the harbour master’s
office, 7 km far away from the campsite.
