Life at Boodle Hatfield Before you start Once you have accepted your Training Contract we will introduce you to your fellow trainee intake so that you can start building your contacts from very early on. From then on you will be invited to join us at our annual events including the Summer and Christmas parties. These are a great opportunity for you to get to know your peers and become familiar with the firm before your first day. Corporate Social Responsibilty Community involvement is extremely important to us at Boodle Hatfield. We recognise our accountability to all clients, staff, the community and environment and so we try to make a difference in the way we conduct our business and support initiatives which contribute to the community and to charitable causes. In the last year we have invited students to workshops hosted at our offices and participated in a local Employability Fair for students at secondary schools in Southwark. Training at Boodle Hatfield You will have a thorough induction during the first few days after you join us. This will introduce you to different departments and the work they do and equip you with the knowledge to feel confident on your first day with your first department.
