Teen Travel Camp 2020 TTC is open to teens who will be entering grades 7 - 10 for the 2020-21 school year and includes daily trips throughout the tri-state area to places like: Belmar, Dorney Park, Fireball Mountain, Six Flags, American Dream Mall, White Water Rafting, Hershey Park and much, much more!! Week 1: July 6 - 19 Week 2: July 13 - 17 Week 3: July 20 - 24 Week 4: July 27 - 31 Sign-up for one week or multiple weeks! $390/week or $355/week (Hopewell Twp. Residents) Fee includes transportation, admissions, and staffing (and lunch when stated on weekly schedule). 9am to 4pm most days (some days are later) New Refund Policy: Refund requests MUST be made in writing or through email - refund amount will be determined by the number of days prior to the start of the program that notification is received. 45+ days = Full Refund - $35 admin. fee If you withdraw within less than 45 days from the start of the camp, you will either receive a percentage of your paid fee or will receive full refund -$35 admin. fee (whichever is less). Percentage fees will be calculated by the price of the camp and will be as follows: 15-44 days = 75% refund; 6-14 days = 50% refund; 1-5 days = 25% refund; No refund once camp begins. Participants are entrusted with levels of independence that do not require them to be with staff members at all times. I understand every possible precaution will be exercised to assure the safety and welfare of my child and that I will always be notified in advance of the specific trip schedule. I hereby give permission for my child to travel with the Teen Travel Camp Program. Participants assume all reasonable risks which may exist by virtue of participating in these activities and I hereby indemnify, hold harmless, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages against the Township of Hopewell, its agents, servants and employees, the Hopewell Township Parks and Recreation Department, its agents, servants and employees, and other such individuals who may be involved in the planning and implementation of the program, for claims by participants, heirs, executors, administrators, or any other third parties for injuries that may arise from participation in this program, or acts of negligence or gross negligence arising out of this agreement. Registrants of all ages, by virtue of their participation, agree to be photographed and have pictures published as part of promotional and media campaigns unless we are formally notified of your expressed desire to be excluded. TEEN TRAVEL CAMP Participant Code of Conduct Agreement - 2020 The goal of our Teen Travel Camp (TTC) is to provide a fun, memorable, and safe experience for Hopewell Valley youth who will be entering grades 7-10 for the 2020-2021 school year. Participants in the TTC program are entrusted with levels of independence which do not require them to be with staff members at all times. With this in mind, parents and par- ticipants are asked to read this Code of Conduct Agreement, sign where indicated and return to the Hopewell Township Parks & Recreation Department prior to Camp. (Mail in or bring to Orientation Meeting, Wednesday, June 10 at 7pm) As a Parent or Camper, I understand the following Code of Conduct: · Show respect to other participants and staff at all times and contribute positively to the experience of other participants. Follow directions of staff members. · Act in an appropriate manner at all times and represent Hopewell Township and the HT Parks & Recreation Department to the best of their abilities. · Participants are responsible for their actions. Horseplay, unwanted teasing, bullying or unkind behavior will not be tolerated. · Unacceptable physical contact will not be tolerated and will be grounds for suspension or dismissal from camp. · Respect and care for bus transportation, property of other participants & staff, and destinations on our trip schedule. · Participants will communicate in an appropriate manner. Obscene or vulgar language and/or gestures towards others are not acceptable and will result in suspension or removal from camp without a refund. · Possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or tobacco is strictly prohibited and any violations will result in suspension or removal from camp without a refund. · All campers are responsible for checking-in at the meeting spot at the designated time, set by the TTC Staff. · Respect the guidelines set forth by Camp Supervisors and Staff. Any failure to act responsibly may jeopardize continued and/or future participation in the Teen Travel Camp Program. If the camper is suspended or removed from camp, no refunds will be given.
