H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H ABOUT THE PROGRAM The program committee for the 2018 Valve Industry Leadership Forum have established a theme for the Forum scheduled for March 22-23, 2018 at the Ritz- Carlton Pentagon City, Arlington, VA. Members of the program committee are Mike Davenport, Bray; Kent Fowler, ASCO; Greg Johnson, United Valve and Matt Thiel, AUMA. As the meeting is being held in your Nation’s Capital, the program will highlight current government activities affecting the valve industry. WHO SHOULD ATTEND? Attendance is open to senior executives responsible for managing a VMA or VRC member company and/or division of such company. We encourage our industry leaders to bring with them their management teams and emerging leaders. There will be time devoted to networking with your peers at other companies. H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H REGISTRATION FEES Registration is limited to VMA/VRC Members Only. Valve First Registration $625 Additional Registrations $525 (from the same dues paying member) Industry The Spouse/Guest $295 Leadership The spouse/guest fee includes continental breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, and hosted reception and dinner. There is also a spouse/guest activity on March 22, 2018 which is included in Forum the registration fee. Registration Cancellation Policies March 22-23, 2018 • Cancellations received up to 30 days before the event are refundable minus a 5% The Ritz Carlton Pentagon City administrative fee. Arlington, VA • Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days before the event are 75% refundable. • Due to hotel and other event guarantees, cancellations received between 0 - 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable. • Substitutions and online registration accepted until March 16, 2018. H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Session III The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and its Policies Commissioner Robert Powelson, FERC, Washington, DC Commissioner Powelson will give attendees an overview of the duties and responsibilities of FERC and current information on the Administration’s energy policies as they relate to the oil, gas and power industries. 2:30 - 3:00 p.m. Refreshment Break Salon 1 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. Session IV Environmental Regulatory and Compliance Concerns John C.
