The 2019 Arcadia All-Florida Championship Rodeo Sponsorship Opportunities The mission of the Arcadia All Florida Championship Rodeo is to produce the best family oriented rodeo and equestrian entertainment possible; To preserve and promote Florida’s rich cowboy heritage; To enhance the economic welfare of Florida’s heartland. About Us The Arcadia All Florida Championship Rodeo, Inc.(AAFCR) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization that hosts rodeos and various equestrian events. The Arcadia Rodeo has a long history in Desoto County. Our signature event, the Granddaddy of Em All March Rodeo, began in 1929 as a one day hometown rodeo. It has expanded to four days and celebrating its’ 90th year, it is now the largest and longest running rodeo in the southeastern U.S. We have the top-ranked bucking stock, the best professional competitors and in 2018 the March Rodeo had nearly 25,000 spectators in attendance. The success of the March Rodeo has allowed the Arcadia All Florida Championship Rodeo, Inc. to expand. In 2008, the Arcadia Youth Rodeo Association (AYRA) was created to enable local children to compete in rodeo in their own hometown. We now host multiple events such as the Florida Junior High and High School Rodeo Associations; the Fall PRCA Rodeo; the Florida Cattleman’s Ranch Rodeo; Hispanic festival and rodeo; barrel racing clinics and the Granddaddy of Em All Memorial Day Barrel Racing competition. Now with the expansion into our new facility, Mosaic Arena, we are adding even more multifaceted events to our roster. The expansion will enable us to add to our current $1.9 million economic impact. All events at the AAFCR are planned and implemented by our Board of Directors and volunteers. These community leaders may not have any direct relationship with rodeo or equine events but simply love their community and recognize the significant impact the AAFCR has. The AYRA has grown to be the second largest youth rodeo organization in the state of Florida. We have a unique setting for advertising/ marketing. Not only will our sponsors be featured on television, print, radio, social media and web based advertisements but during each event all eyes and ears are focused on one central location (the arena). Therefor, we are able to utilize traditional along with non-traditional means (event flags, chute gates, an- nouncements, banners, etc.) to promote our sponsors to the nearly 25,000 spectators that attend both events. 2019 March & Fall PRCA Rodeo Sponsorship Opportunities The Granddaddy of Em All, March PRCA Rodeo, is one of the largest and longest running rodeos in the southeastern U.S.. Nearly 25,000 spectators see the very best professional cowboys and cowgirls compete during the four day event. The Fall PRCA Rodeo is another signature professional rodeo event. This event also fea- tures top rated professional cowboys and cowgirls from all over the U.S. In 2016, the Fall Rodeo attracted 7,000 spectators during the two days. Celebrating it’s fifth year, it has continued to grow exponentially. A sponsorship in any of these categories will include both the March and Fall Rodeos. Annual Corporate Partner $10,000 Our Annual Corporate Partners has a constant presence inside the facility, on our webpage and social media. For this sponsorship the Rodeo Association will provide the following: Sponsor will be included in all television, radio, digital and print advertising. Sponsor name/logo will be featured on our website for a full calendar year. Sponsor name/logo will be featured on a large 6’ x 8’ sign that will be mounted inside the facility, Mosaic Arena, for a full calendar year. Sponsor will be permitted to distribute promotional material at each event with the approval of the Rodeo Association. An area inside the grounds will be provided. Content and size of display must be approved by AAFRA staff. Sponsor will have a full-page, color ad in the programs. Sponsor will receive 25 complimentary tickets for each rodeo event on the day of your choosing. The Annual Corporate Partner will provide the following Color ready artwork at contract signing. Payment in full at contract signing unless prior arrangements have been made with the Rodeo Association.
Chute Gate Sponsor $5,000 The Chute Gate sponsorship is an exciting option because when the chute gate opens, the company’s name is announced. The company logo is often featured in photographs of the cowboys/bucking stock because of its location (see photo below featured on the front cover of Pro Rodeo Sports News). For this sponsorship the Rodeo Association will provide the following: Sponsor name/logo will be included on radio, digital and print advertising related to the March and Fall Rodeos. Sponsor name/logo will be featured on the front of one chute gate (1-6) as well as a 4’ X 6’ banners featuring the company name/logo will be placed inside the arena. The announcer will recognize your chute as “the Sponsor Name chute gate” whenever a contestant/bucking animal comes out of that chute. Sponsor will be permitted to distribute promotional material at each event with the approval of the Rodeo Association. An area inside the grounds will be provided. Content and size of display must be approved by AAFRA staff. Sponsor will have a half-page, color ad in the programs. Sponsor will receive 15 complimentary tickets for each rodeo event on the day of your choosing. The Chute Gate Sponsor will provide the following Color ready artwork at contract signing. Payment in full at contract signing unless prior arrangements have been made with the Rodeo Association.
Roping/Dogging Chute Sponsor $5,000 The Team Roping, Steer Wrestling and Calf Roping are performed from this area. For this sponsorship the Rodeo Association will provide the following: Sponsor name/logo will be included on radio, digital and print advertising related to the March and Fall Rodeos. Sponsor name/logo will be featured on the front of both roping boxes as well as a 4’ X 6’ banner featuring the company name/logo will be placed inside the arena. The announcer will refer to this area as “the Sponsor Name Roping Chutes.” Sponsor will be permitted to distribute promotional material at each event with the approval of the Rodeo Association. An area inside the grounds will be provided. Content and size of display must be approved by AAFRA staff. Sponsor will have a half-page, color ad in the programs. Sponsor will receive 15 complimentary tickets for each rodeo event on the day of your choosing. The Roping/Dogging Chute Sponsor will provide the following: Color ready artwork at contract signing. Payment in full at contract signing unless prior arrangements have been made with the Rodeo Association.
Section Sponsor $2,000 per section The Section Sponsor is a fun opportunity where your company will represent a chosen section and the spectators is that section. The announcers will refer to the chosen section as “the _____ seating area.” For this sponsorship the Rodeo Association will provide the following: Sponsor name/logo will be included on all digital and print advertising related to the March and Fall Rodeos. The section sponsor’s logo/company name will be noted on all signage shown in relation to that section. Sponsor will be permitted to set up a display area inside the grounds during the March and Fall PRCA Rodeos. A 4’ x 6’ banner with the sponsor name and/or logo will be displayed in the arena. Sponsor will receive 10 complimentary tickets for each rodeo on the day of your choosing. Sponsor will have a half page, black/white ad in the program. The Event sponsor will provide the following: Black/white camera-ready artwork at contract signing. Payment in full at contract signing unless prior arrangement have been made
Event Sponsor $3,000 per event (Saddle Bronc Riding, Bareback Riding, Calf Roping, Team Roping, Steer Wrestling, Barrel Racing, Bull Riding,) Another popular sponsorship level. The announcer will refer to your chosen event as “the your company name Saddle Bronc Riding.” For this sponsorship the Rodeo Association will provide the following: Your company’s name or logo will be displayed in all digital and printed material per- taining to the chosen event. i.e. Advertising and Contestant Sheet. A flag with your company logo will be featured with a rider circling the arena at the beginning of your event and the beginning event prior to yours. Sponsor will be permitted to set up a display area inside the grounds during the March and Fall PRCA Rodeos. A 4’ x 6’ sign with the sponsor name and/or logo will be displayed in the arena. Sponsor will receive 10 complimentary tickets for each rodeo on the day of your choosing. Sponsor will have a half page, black/white ad in the program. The Event sponsor will provide the following: Black/white camera-ready artwork at contract signing. Payment in full at contract signing unless prior arrangement have been made with the Rodeo Association.
Gate Sponsor $2,000 each or $3,000 for both The gate sponsor has two options, the Entrance Gate or center Return Gate. Every con- testant and/or bucking stock will exit and enter through these two gates. For this sponsorship the Rodeo Association will provide the following: Sponsor name/logo will be included on digital and print advertising related to the March and Fall Rodeos. Your company’s name or logo will be displayed on a 4’ x 6’ banner placed on either gate. The announcer will recognize “the Sponsor Name Return Gate” during the rodeos. Sponsor will be permitted to set up a display area inside the grounds during the March and Fall PRCA Rodeos. Content and size of display must be approved by AAFCR staff. Sponsor will receive 8 complimentary tickets for each rodeo on the day of your choosing. Sponsor will have a half page, black/white ad in the program. The sponsor will provide the following: A 4’ x 6’ banner for displaying inside the arena Payment in full at contract signing unless prior arrangement have been made with the Rodeo Association. Banner Sponsor $1,000 The Banner Sponsor allows your company to be advertised in front of the thousands of spectators and contestants at a more affordable budget. If you are interested in becoming a Banner Sponsor we will provide the following: Your company’s name or logo will be displayed on a 4’ x 6’ banner placed prominently inside the arena. Sponsor will be permitted to set up a display area inside the grounds during the March and Fall PRCA Rodeos. Content and size of display must be approved by AAFCR staff. Sponsor will receive 6 complimentary tickets for each rodeo. The sponsor will provide the following: A 4’ x 6’ banner for displaying inside the arena Payment in full at contract signing unless prior arrangement have been made with the Rodeo Association.
