1. ENTRIES Entries are accepted in accordance with the FIS Quotas and Rules. The final number of your competition team (including competitors and officials) and the names of participants must be submitted to the Organizing Committee no later than January 15th, 2022 (Deadline Final Entries). 3. REGISTRATION The official arrival day is on Monday, January 24th, 2022 after 12:00. Departure is on Sunday, January 30th, 2022 till 12:00. All the participating athletes must possess a valid FIS Code and prove it with a valid passport. All the fees must be paid by credit card. Only the following credit cards are accepted: VISA, VISA electron, MasterCard, MasterCard electron, Maestro.
4. ACCOMODATION The ONLY accommodation available will be within the OFFICIAL HOTEL. The Official Europa Cup Hotel for the teams is Hotel Raubichi-2. The bookings for teams are organized by the Organizing Committee according to the team quotas and sent entries. The price for daily accommodation (no meal) is the following: - CHF 20.00 per person per day in double room; - CHF 30.00 per person per day in single room. Only credit cards are accepted. Hotel check-in and check-out time is 12:00. Teams are responsible for any damage incurred during their staying, incl. additional services (eg. laundry, etc.). 5. TRANSPORTATION Please specify Minsk National Airport (MSQ) as your point of arrival and departure. Transportation Airport-Hotel-Airport (30 km and 30 min by bus) are provided to the teams by the Organizing Committee. The price for transportation Airport-Hotel-Airport is CHF 20.00 per each person. Only credit cards are accepted. 6. BIBS As per FIS Rules, all competitors must wear bibs during all official trainings, competition and award ceremonies.
7. SKI WAXING Ski waxing are organized and located in Hotel Raubichi-2. Schedule for ski waxing for each team – tba later. 8. LIABILITY All athletes, officials and other members of National Ski Associations who attend and participate in the competition shall do so at their own risk of any injuries or losses suffered or incurred during the competitions. 9. ACCIDENT INSURANCE As per FIS Rules, all athletes require insurance (incl. COVID-19 medical treatment expenses) arranged by their National Ski Associations. The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for any injuries of athletes neither for damage or lost property. In the case of injury or accident on courses during competition or trainings, the Organizing Committee medical personnel will be responsible for any medical decision in cooperation with the respective team’s medical staff. 10. MEDICAL AND DOPING CONTROL According to the FIS Rules and may be conducted for each event and gender. 11. PRIZE MONEY Prize money will be awarded according to the FIS rule. 12. VISA INFORMATION Foreign nationals may visit any place in Belarus within 30 days of their Visa- free stay. However, they must arrive and leave the country only through Minsk National Airport. The Visa-free entry rules do not extend to any other international border checkpoints or airports of the country. !!! Belarus’ Visa-free travel rules for foreign visitors DO NOT apply to people flying to Belarus from or to Russia (these flights are considered internal and are not subject to border control) !!!

Visa Request Form must be sent to the Organizing Committee by January 12th, 2022. 13. COVID-19 Competitions shall be carried out in accordance with recommendations from Belarus health authorities (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus), World Health Organization and International Ski Federation. As of December 15th, 2021 there are no restrictions for teams and officials travelling into Belarus for international sport events provided that entering individuals are able to prove the fact of the event being held and that they are officially entered as participating athletes/team officials, judges, accredited journalists. Negative PCR-test result for SARS-CoV-2 not older than 72 hours must be presented upon entering the Republic of Belarus! Pre-arrival test result must also be carried in paper form to be shown upon entry to the Republic of Belarus. The PCR-test presented needs to be recognised by the health authority of the respective country. After name entries are submitted by given deadlines, the Organizing Committee will provide each team/official with written confirmation that might be required on entering Belarus. Shall there be any updates, we will inform everybody concerned accordingly.
!!! All entered event participants being holders of FIS passport shall regularly follow general FIS Passport Regulations, i.e. provide/fill in as required pre-entry health questionnaire, daily questionnaire, whereabouts for last 14 days prior to event !!! More information about COVID-19 formalities and necessary precautions and (incl. urgent contact information) due to the pandemic will be provided to all the teams together with the Event COVID-19 Protocol. The Organizing Committee takes care of PCR-Testing for teams and officials upon arrival on January 24th, 2022 in Hotel Raubichi-2 (1st floor, COVID-19 Medical Center) if needed upon request. If the teams and officials need PCR- Testing for departure, please inform the Organizing Committee in advance. The price for PCR-Test (in English) is CHF 50.00 per each person per test. Credit cards or cash (in BYN) are accepted. The Orginizing Committee strongly recommends that FIS Staff and its Official, Teams and Teams’ staff willonly be assigned to any event related duties after having received a full series of vaccinations. Only with the protection a vaccination brings along, can FIS be reassured that the risk for its Staff, Officials and Teams to get sick or to transmit the virus, is low and therefore safe participation is possible. This is especially important for: - Protecting himself/herself - Mitigating the risk of sickness of the COVID-19 disease - Mitigating the risk of spread amongst FIS Family - Mitigating the risk of spread amongst FIS staff internally - Mitigating the risk of spread to other places connected with work duties - Being a role model for the larger FIS family
