Park & Fly Hotel Options:
Park N Fly (hotel/parking) – February 11th. Rates is usually $150.00, include your 8 nights of parking and
shuttle to and from airport to hotel. If you wish to stay another night upon return you can book directly with
hotel as you will not need a park n Fly rate.
Deposit & Payments Terms:
Deposit of $300.00 per person is required at time of making your reservation. Final payment is due on or
before Thursday, November 4, 2021.
Once paid, all monies are non‐refundable unless the package can be resold at full price. In such case, a full
refund, minus a $300.00 per person administration fee will be given. No exceptions. Cancellation insurance is
highly recommended.
Travel Protection:
Direct Travel highly recommends travel insurance which provides reimbursement coverage for trip
cancellation for covered medical reasons, and other benefits include Bankruptcy/Default, Trip Delay, Accident
Medical Expense, Sickness Medical Expense, Common Carrier AD&D, 24‐hour AD&D, Baggage & Personal
Effects, Baggage Delay, Medical Evacuation, and emergency, toll‐free, travel assistance.
This trip cancellation insurance is available from $74.99‐$229.99 per person and may be purchased at time
of deposit or final payment. Please note, if insurance is purchased at time of final payment, pre‐existing
medical conditions are not covered.
