CELEBRATE SUCCESS DON'T FORGET TO CELEBRATE SUCCESS! • Some teams organize pre or post-OneWalk celebrations to recognize employee participation. • In addition, during OneWalk, teams usually gather at the finish line to celebrate together. • We encourage companies to recognize the team’s success via internal communications following OneWalk, such as an email from the executive sponsor to all employees.
