Admission for postgraduate choruses was conducted by ACPPGMEC. After
completion of Mop Up round few seats are still vacant, so application are invited for
interested candidate for seat in attched file released by ACPPGMEC, Seat vacant
aginest college name BHMED is of Bhavnagar. You have to apper for interview in
person with necessary original document as well as required fees.

Reference: No. Acd/PG/291/447/2020 dated 06/06/2020 of Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University It has come to notice of Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University that some students leaves PG course after taking PG admission before completing the course. In such cases government’s stipend is wasted and further waiting list is not operated, so other eligible students are not able to get admission. In light of this if any student leaves the allotted PG seat for any reason from All India quota (All branch) and State quota in pre and para clinical subjects (Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Forensic Medicine and toxicology and Community Medicine) where there is no provision of bonded service are required to pay penalty amounting to total stipend received till date of leaving course or 5 (five) lac rupees whichever is less to Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University. I, hereby declare that the information/documents given at the time of application/counseling/joining
is true. If anything is found to be incorrect or false or misguiding at any time, I understand that my
admission shall be cancelled and I may be prosecuted, also I shall be ineligible to apply in future. I
shall abide by the results.
I read and understood all the rules and regulations of Admission to Post Graduate Medical
courses. I shall abide by all the rules and regulations. I accepted all the terms and conditions
pertaining to Admission to Post Graduate Medical courses and I does not have any objections with
rules and regulations.
I am not engaged in any post graduate course in any institute at the time of submission of
Application form & at present. After my admission, If I do not join the course or resign from
course/left the course after Reshuffling Counseling, in such conditions, I also understand that,
1. My admission and registration will be cancelled without any notice thereof.
2. I will not be eligible for future admission in this University.
3. I have to pay the whole course fees of all the year/academic terms of College and University.
4. My all deposit amount, Admission fees, tuition fees and university fees are forfeited and Iwill
have no claim on it.
5. I have to fulfill all the conditions of bond as per the rules of Government of Gujarat for
Government College.
A candidate who in the past selected and admitted to any P.G Medical courses of this or any other
university or equivalent body and have not completed that course at the time of submission of
application, is not eligible.
If I do not comply with above conditions, then all the original documents will not be return to me
and legal action will be initiated against me.
I will have obtained Permanent Registration with Medical Council of India or Gujarat Medical
Council & Provisional Eligibility Certificate (P.E.C.) from Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji
Bhavnagar University within one month from the date of his / her admission, failing which the
admission of candidate shall be cancelled without any notice thereof; fees forfeited and will not be
eligible to apply in future.
I will have to apply for Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University Registration in the
prescribed form duly completed, through the College concerned within one month from the lastdate of Joining of reshuffling counseling/ final round of counseling. If it does not reach to the University within one month from the last date of Joining of reshuffling counseling/ final round of counseling than one term of Candidate will not be granted and if it is applied later than above time limit than as per the date of application of Registration, term/terms will not be granted depending upon the date of application of Registration. I will have to submit the topic of Dissertation in the prescribed form duly completed, through the College concerned within three month from the last date of Joining of reshuffling counseling/ final round of counseling. If it does not reach to the University within three month from the last date of Joining of reshuffling counseling/ final round of counseling than one term of Candidate will not be granted and if it is submitted later than above time limit than as per the date of submission of topic of Dissertation, term/terms will not be granted depending upon the date of submission of topic of Dissertation. I will have to participate in Post Graduate Orientation Programme prior to registration with Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University and if I fail to attend Orientation program then my academic term/s will not be granted until I attends the same. If I leaves the allotted pg seat, I will have to pay penalty amount of total stipend received till date of leaving course or 5 (five) lac rupees whichever is less has to deposit to Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University. Original documents will be given only after producing deposit receipt. I will have to pay the deposits and fees of College and University as per the rules and regulationsof Government of Gujarat and Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University. I know that Hostel accommodation will be provided if available after Final round of Counseling. I give undertaking that I will submit required bond documents and complete official formalities within three month of physical joining in concerned department. Failing which my subsequent stipend will be withheld and I will be liable for actions taken by Medical College. I have also verified my eligibility before submission of Application for admission to Post Graduate Medical Courses /Post Graduate Medical Admission and also verify my eligibility to apply against category to which I entitled. If through mistakes/error, the forms are accepted and through mistake/error I admitted in Post Graduate Medical course & if I found to be ineligible, in such case I cannot claim any right or interest arising out of acceptance of form /admission in Post Graduate Medical Course. I abide with the rules and regulations of Medical Council of India, Government of Gujarat, Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University and Government Medical College, Bhavnagar.

4. You will be screened at college entrance. You must have Arogyasetu app downloaded in your mobile
And your Covid 19 status must be updated on daily basis. You must show your ArogyaSetu status at
the Time of entry into college campus.

6. Once your joining formality is over at help center, you will be guided to your hostel room. you can buy
