Our Mission Canada’s biggest student contest, The Great Canadian Sales Competition (GCSC), offers business-to-business sales organizations a unique opportunity to connect their employment brand with students and make critical sales hires. Over the last 5 years, the GCSC has introduced and educated more than 11,000+ post-secondary students on sales as a potential career path and a critical business skill. The demand for sales talent is higher than ever before and there is a shortage of supply within the market. In fact, 80% of Canadian companies struggle to find and hire talented sales candidates. That is why our mission is to provide you with access to unparalelled top sales rookies in Canada before they start their career.
