EVENT TIMES Unleash the Power Within – 4 Day Event Thursday 17th September - 10:00am – 11:30pm (Doors open at 8:30am) Friday 18th September - 8:30am – 10:00pm *Please note times for the event are approximate only Saturday 19th September - 8:30am – 11:30pm & are subject to change. Sunday 20th September - 8:30am – 7:00pm Seating is unreserved in each seating section. Come early to grab a good seat. REGISTRATION Everyone attending the event must register Diamond clients’ registration will be inside the THERE ARE 2 OPTIONS FOR REGISTRATION Diamond Lounge. Diamond clients need to be registered by 8:30 am on Thursday 17th to gain priority access to the room. Wednesday 16th September 5:00pm – 8:00pm (highly recommended) Or The event doors open at 8:30am on Thursday 17th so register the night before or come on time to Thursday 17th September registration on Thursday and grab a good seat! TICKETS Your E-Tickets will be emailed out approximately 3 weeks prior to the event. The email will come from Success Resources AU with the subject line “E-Tickets – Unleash The Power Within 2020” from the email address info.au@srglobal.com. If you are unable to locate your E-ticket please search BOTH your email inbox and your spam/junk folders using this information. PLEASE NOTE: tickets will be sent to the individual ticketholder and cannot be emailed until all attendees’ unique details are known (name, email, postal address and contact number). This is a requirement for anyone wanting to participate in the Firewalk. The E-ticket will gain you entry into the event. You will need to present your ticket at registration along with your ID. You can either print your ticket or have it on display on your mobile device. Seating is unreserved in each seating section. Come early to grab a good seat.
WHAT TO BRING • E-Ticket printed or on smart phone (phone at full brightness) • Photo ID must be presented with your ticket at registration and it must match the name on your ticket • Firewalk waiver form – please pre-read the Waiver form. You will need to sign this onsite when you collect your registration pack. • A pen to write notes in your workbook • Warm jacket or coat – the temperature can fluctuate considerably so make sure you wear layers! • Snacks with commercial wrapping removed (see the prohibited items list below for special conditions) • Please remember to take your belongings with you at the end of each night SECURITY SECURITY CHECKPOINT • All persons and parcels will go through a security screening upon arrival at the event. • To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all of our guests, all persons entering must be appropriately credentialed. Credentials and other entitlements are non-transferable and void if altered. • All persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening/security checks at this entry point and also within the event. • We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item to be brought into the event and to deal with any unattended object in such a way as we consider appropriate. PROHIBITED ITEMS • Weapons of any kind or objects that appear to be weapons including toy weapons or projectiles, chains or spiked wrist/neckbands or studded belts. • Cameras, iPads or tablets and audio/video recorders of any type are not permitted inside the arena. • Camera tripods and Selfie sticks (hand-held extension poles for cameras and mobile devices). • Suitcases, coolers/eskies are not permitted • Any other bags larger than 30cm x 30cm in size. • NO BACKPACKS of any size. • Banners, posters flags or signs larger than an A4 sheet of paper. • Pets or other animals except for approved service animals, which must remain on a leash and with the owner at all times. • Recreational devices such as drones, remote controlled toys or any conveyances with wheels other than a mobility device for a disabled individual. • Glass containers, bottles or cans are not permitted in the venue. Each attendee will be permitted 1 x 600ml PET plastic bottle of water. • Commercial food (fast food or food items purchased from a full-service restaurant) excluding items purchased by approved vendors and/or Arena catering outlets.
• Commercial packaged food and chewing gum. • Alcoholic beverages or illegal substances of any kind. • Fireworks, flares, glow sticks and LED signage, laser pointers, permanent marker/felt type pens, scissors or aerosol canisters. • Electronic cigarettes (e-cig or e-cigarettes), personal vaporisers, electronic nicotine systems or any other vaporisers. • Motorbike helmets or balaclavas, bicycles, skateboards or skates. • Horns, trumpets, sirens, whistles or Vuvuzela type noise-making devices. • Strollers, prams, baby capsules or umbrellas longer than 30cm when in the closed position. • Any other items that we determine may be harmful or disruptive. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES • The sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale. • The distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind. • Unauthorised events, demonstrations or speeches, or the usage of any flag, banner or sign for commercial purposes, or to incite a crowd. • Photography, videotaping or recording of any kind for commercial purposes or the recording of any portion of the stage program. • Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede or negatively impact the operation of the event or the enjoyment of the event by participants. GENERAL CONDITIONS • We may photograph, film, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters the event and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person. • We reserve the right to deny entry or to require a person already admitted to leave the event, without refund, liability or compensation if we consider that the circumstance so requires. PARKING Parking is easy at Sydney Olympic Park. There are over 10,000 onsite car parks with the largest car park onsite - the P1 car park adjoining Qudos Bank Arena – which can accommodate over 3,300 cars. You can also pre-book your parking to make sure you always have a space over the days of UPW. Olympic Park Station is located on Olympic Boulevard just a short 5-minute walk from Qudos Bank
Arena. More detailed information on rail timetables can be obtained from one of the following websites: • www.transportnsw.info • www.sydneytrains.info Airport to Novotel Sydney Olympic Park, catch the Airport & East Hills line to Central Station, change for North Shore & Western line to Lidcombe Station & change for the Olympic Park Train. The state-of-the-art ferry terminal allows modern Rivercats to connect the Sydney Olympic Park precinct to the Parramatta CBD and the Sydney CBD. Sydney Buses operates Route 526 services from the wharf to the Sydney Olympic Park precinct for patrons attending events at Qudos Bank Arena.
