P3 STAYING HEALTHY NEW COVID-19 PROTOCOLS FOR 2020-2021 Having resumed activities last June, Dubai Autodrome has led the way in developing new experiences for the public, designed for maximum enjoyment and safety. Racing and media activities will take place using these new health and safety procedures, and in accordance with Emirates Motorsport Organization (EMSO), Dubai Sports Council (DSC) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) guidelines. Visiting media must: Stay home if feeling ill in any way. Have forehead temperature checked to gain entrance into Dubai Autodrome. Wear a mask at all times. Maintain social distancing (at least 2m distance from other guests). Keep hands clean by washing and sanitizing. Comply with health and safety requests by security and officials. While these guidelines are designed to reduce the risk of transmission, it is not possible to eliminate the risk altogether. Each attendee assumes the risk of infection and the consequences thereof and agrees that Dubai Autodrome staff and officials shall bear no liability in respect of any illness or fatality. P4 GETTING ON TRACK SAFETY FIRST For every track activity, safety is the main priority and always supersedes any media requirements. Please respect track officials who are tasked with maintaining the safety standards for the benefit of all participants. In accordance with the FIA and EMSO, any media representative who is deemed a safety hazard, or who does not comply with instructions from track officials/marshals, may be banned from the venue! Please refer to the following sections for media procedures, depending on the event you will be covering: p5 TRACK DAYS Car Track Days, Bike Track Days, Motosport Experiences and Private Events. p6 DRIFT & DRAG Drift DXB, Roll Racing DXB and Autocross DXB. p7 KARTING ACTIVITIES Arrive & Drive Karting, Open Practic Sessions, Sodi World Series (SWS), Dubai O-Plate, Endurance Championship Powered by EBC Brakes and other kart races. p8 NATIONAL RACE WEEKENDS F4UAE, NGK UAE ProCAR Champsionship, Porsche Sprint Challenge Middle East, F3 Asia, Gulf Radical Cup, TRD86 Cup and Waleed Alshemais National Sportsbike Championship.
P5 GETTING ON TRACK MARSHAL FIRE GATES TRACK DAYS SIGN-IN 1. Sign Media Disclaimer (see P10) with Dubai Autodrome security or Race Administration. 2. Receive a Media Vest and wear at all times. 3. Return Media Vest after use. TRACK DAYS GENERAL RULES • Never enter the circuit and stay out of Media Red Zones (see page 9) • Always stay behind safety barriers or fences. • Stay clear of the Pit Lane and be especially cautious in the garage areas. • Do not enter Marshal Posts. • Many Marshal Fire Gates are off-limits (they are marked) SERVICE ROAD ACCESS POINTS and the other gates must be closed after using. • Do not climb through nor lean out of gates or photo OVAL GATE ACCESS windows. • Always follow instructions from track marshals or other officials. If someone asks you to move from an area, please comply immediately; safety is the top priority. • Media should contact DA Security (04 806 2279) to enter/ T14 PEDESTRIAN ACCESS exit the service road, so that officials can unlock/lock gates. • It is ok to film vehicles on track but do not film participants or other guests without their permission. • Service road must remain clear; do not block. P6 GETTING ON TRACK MARSHAL FIRE GATES DRIFT & DRAG SIGN-IN 1. Obtain a Media Vest prior to coming to the event (Management Building, AED 100 deposit required). 2. Only those with a vest will be allowed in. 3. Sign Media Disclaimer (see P10) with Dubai Autodrome security or Race Administration. DRIFT & DRAG GENERAL RULES • Never enter the circuit and stay out of Media Red Zones (see page 9) • Always stay behind safety barriers or fences. • Stay clear of the Pit Lane and be especially cautious in the garage areas. DO NOT ENTER MARSHAL POSTS • Do not enter Marshal Posts. • Many Marshal Fire Gates are off-limits (they are marked) and the other gates must be closed after using. • Do not climb through nor lean out of gates or photo windows. • It is ok to film vehicles on track but do not film participants or other guests without their permission. • Always follow instructions from track marshals or other officials. If someone asks you to move from an area, please comply immediately; safety is the top priority. • Vehicle access to service roads is not allowed; pedestrian access only.

Return Media Vest after use. KARTDROME GENERAL RULES • Always stay behind safety barriers or fences. • In open areas stay at least 4m away from the track. KEEP OFF CIRCUIT • Do not block the Pit Lane. • Never cross the circuit in front of karts. • Do not enter Marshal Posts. • Be familiar with flags so you know what is happening on the circuit around you. • Never leave equipment near the circuit or any area where a kart may hit it. • For Arrive & Drive Karting and Open Practice Sessions you may not film other guests without their permission. • Always follow instructions from track marshals or other officials. If someone asks you to move from an area, please comply immediately; safety is the top priority.

NATIONAL RACES GENERAL RULES • Never enter the circuit and stay out of Media Red Zones (see page 9) • Always stay behind safety barriers or fences. • Stay clear of the Pit Lane and be especially cautious in the garage areas. • Do not enter Marshal Posts. However, each race series will be allowed one media representative with vehicle access and this must be arranged by the Media Centre.

High altitudes, flying directly over vehicles and filming of nearby residential areas is strictly forbidden. IMAGE USE Dubai Autodrome L.L.C. controls the rights for all video or photo imagery captured at the venues of Dubai Autodrome and Dubai Kartdrome, and reserves the right to restrict publication of any imagery taken on site.
