| • Western Melbourne Group (WMG) successfully bid and won an A-League license in 2018 • Western United was formed and competed in it’s first season in 2019/20. • In addition to Western United, WMG has partnered Vision with the City of Wyndham to develop the northern portion of 1160 Sayers Road to into a unique sports “To develop a unique sports, living and driven lifestyle suburb. events driven precinct that hosts a thriving commercial CBD, residential lifestyle suburb and elite sports facilities in Melbourne’s premier growth area”

| FOOTBALL CLUBS AND SCHOOLS • The area ‘West of Melbourne’ has 118 football clubs comprising 21,760 participants and 872 schools comprising 549,489 kids • More than double the participation of AFL • Over 600,000 children in the geographical zone • This presents a great opportunity to connect at grass roots level during the formative years
| WOMEN’S FOOTBALL • Exciting new partnership with Calder United Soccer Club • The two clubs are set to work together by sharing resources and expertise to grow participation in the sport and talent pathways for females of all ages to fulfil their sporting ambitions. • Officially applied to Football Australia (FA) for a W-League license for the 2022 season, which would complete the intended talent pathway structure.
| NPL Victoria (Men’s) • We currently have two teams competing in the 2021 National Premier League (NPL) Victoria. • One team in the NPL3 senior divisions and one team in the NPL3 Under 21’s. • The club plans to establish additional NPL junior teams from 2022.

| Location – 1160 Sayers Road North THE SITE IS WITHIN EASY DISTANCE TO THE MELBOURNE CBD WITH ROAD AND RAIL TRANSPORT LINKS ESTABLISHED 25KM 15KM
| • The Geelong / Melbourne regional rail link forms the southern boundary of the site • The future railway station will provide a direct link to the stadium precinct from both Melbourne and Geelong. • The future outer metropolitan ring road will be located approximately 1 km to the west of the site. • The future Ison Road will link Leakes and Sayers Roads across the rail line.
