The proposed store will extend to 2,241.5 sq.m (gross) and will be single storey in height with a mono-pitch roof design. A total of 140 car parking spaces will be provided to the front and side of the store with vehicular access taken from Hedon In line with guidance contained within the Hull Statement of Community Involvement Road. A dedicated service yard will be provided to the side (west) of the building. PLANNING APPLICATION It is intended to apply for outline consent for the drive thru’ coffee shop and family pub / restaurant, however, it is intended that these uses will be sited within the eastern part of It is anticipated that a planning application will be submitted to Hull City Council in early April the site.
