Our Story
Stage Door Dance Productions believes in inspiring and empowering
children ages 2-18 though the art of dance. Under the artistic direction
of Chasta Hamilton, the studio has two locations at Brier Creek and
Lake Boone Trail with satellite programs at varying preschools,
schools, and country clubs in the Triangle area. Now in its 10 th
anniversary season, the studio serves over 600 children each week.

In 2015, Stage Door Dance Productions made the decision to transition
the competitive dance program to an Intensive Training Program. In
our Intensive Training Program, the focus is on (a) technique (b)
performance (c) community and (d) character. The success of the
program is a testament to our mission to #BeMoreAtStageDoor.

The annual philanthropic component is a huge piece of the Intensive
Training Program initiative. In 2017, we funded a clean water well in
Uganda for Global H2O. In 2018, we raised money for the Me Fine
Foundation and created a scholarship in celebration of a student’s life.
And, this year, in 2019, we hope to achieve even greater success with
our Luck Be For Lemmon Event to raise money for Frankie Lemmon
School, an amazing local, privately funded preschool program that
provides preschool education to students with specialized needs. To

We believe in training amazing dancers, but, most importantly, we are
on a mission to inspire the leaders of tomorrow. You may learn more

The Campaign
The studio and our students will pioneer and support a variety of initiatives to
support Luck Be For Lemmon throughout the season, including:

   ➢    Penny Wars at both locations and guest school locations
   ➢    A Merry and Bright Holiday Night Cabaret Performance at Sonorous Road on
        Saturday, December 22nd. Tickets for this event will go on sale on Tuesday,
        October 16th via TutuTix and will priced at $15 for adults and $10 for children.
   ➢    Lemon Love Sales to cover the front windows of both studio locations in
        February.
   ➢    The Silent Auction will launch online on Thursday, February 28th, 2019.
   ➢    Stage Door Dance will have a spirit week March 11th-16th, 2019 to generate
        excitement for the benefit event.
   ➢    Luck Be For Lemmon, Benefit Show and Silent Auction at Stewart Theatre on
        Thursday, March 16th, 2019 at 4pm. Tickets for this event will go on sale on
        Wednesday, January 16th via TutuTix and will be priced at $15 for adults and
        $10 for children.

                                 Why Sponsor?
This is our inaugural year for seeking sponsors for our event. Your support will allow
us to provide additional resources, marketing, and broaden exposure for this exciting
and amazing event. It will help us in our mission to raise as many funds as possible
for Frankie Lemmon!

Once you join the initiative, you will receive monthly updates about the happenings
and varying events that will occur to support the cause.

On March 16th, the campaign will culminate with our benefit show and silent auction
at 4pm at Stewart Theatre. Our check presentation will be scheduled for April or May
2019.
