We will sell the following real estate at public auction at the land site located from Centerville, SD, 4
miles west on Hwy 19A (295th St) or from Viborg, SD, 4 miles south on SD Hwy 19 and ¾ mile east on SD
Hwy 19A (295t St).

Predominate soil: Egan-Ethan complex, 2-6 percent slopes (69.5%). The FSA estimates there is
approximately 64.65 acres of cropland with a 32.3 acre corn base/141bushel PLC yield and a 32.3 acre

18, 2021. Possession of the land March 1, 2021. Title insurance and closing costs split 50/50 between
buyer and seller. 2020 taxes due in 2021 to be paid by the seller. 2021 taxes due in 2022 to be paid by
