        The Anzac Street carpark and adjacent land – situated between 40 Anzac St
        and 30-38 Hurstmere Rd – comprises a strategic landholding in the heart
        of Takapuna with underlying Metropolitan Centre zoning and obvious
        development potential.

        Panuku Development Auckland will be delivering a new town square on
        part of the land to create a vibrant space for the public to enjoy, and to
        enhance connectivity between the main bus terminus on Lake Road and the
        retail and hospitality hub on Hurstmere Road. Though the design of the
        town square is not yet finalised it is anticipated to be around 3,000sqm in
        size.

        The balance of the land (circa 6,000sqm across three separate sites,
        subject to final design) will be available for redevelopment in partnership
        with Panuku. This offers opportunities for interested parties to acquire all –
        or part of the land – and deliver Panuku’s vision of a high-quality mixed-use
        precinct with enhanced pedestrian connectivity.
