Three remote drink stations will be set up on course where runners can drink and refill hydration packs or refillable containers. The feeding station will be fully stocked and you can expect protein/cereal bars, dateballs, savoury 2km 2km sandwiches, boiled potatoes, bananas, energy bars and chocolates.
