IN OUR FIRST 18 MONTHS Theater West End is a creative community, celebrating inclusive O U R M I S S I O N storytelling and cultivating artistic growth in a unique and historic environment. W H A T M A K E S U S S P E C I A L Theater West End opened its doors on September 7, 2018, in a space that’s been home to a variety of theaters over its 117 years in beautiful, historic downtown Sanford, Florida. We continue this live- theater tradition in a fresh way, bringing a new kind of artistic endeavor and energy to the area. Theater West End is a new home for professional performers in Central Florida to showcase their talent in an intimate setting. As an educational arm, West End Prep youth and high school programs occur year-round to give children the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals, grow in their talent, gain confidence, and perform for the community.

Sponsorships 2020-2021 SPONSOR THE ENTIRE SEASON Sponsors of this level receive the maximum marketing value and will be recognized at all productions and education programs. 2020-21 SEASON TITLE SPONSOR $16,000 • PRIMARY MARKETING POSITION in advertising including social media, brochures, press releases, etc. (“Your Company’s Name presents Theater West End’s 2020-21 Season”) • Company logo on front cover and full-page color advertisement in all programs • Company logo and link on Theater West End’s website homepage (theaterwestend.com) • Company logo on all print advertising (posters, postcards, flyers) • Opportunity to display select company materials in lobby through December 2021 • Up to 10 comped VIP tickets for all productions • Complimentary VIP invitations to all celebrations, receptions and parties associated with various phases of the season’s events which provide excellent exposure for your company and products • Complimentary theater rental for 2 corporate events (up to 4 hours each) • Provide complimentary tickets to 50 under-served children in local region (to be dispersed throughout the season, and coordinated by Theater West End) 2020-21 SEASON PRESENTING SPONSOR $9,000 • SECONDARY MARKETING POSITION in all advertising including TV, radio, brochures, press releases, etc. (“Theater West End’s 2020-21 Season, sponsored by Your Company’s Name”) • Company logo on front cover and full-page color advertisement in all programs • Company logo and link on Theater West End’s website homepage (theaterwestend.com) • Company logo on all pre-event and post-event print advertising (posters, postcards, flyers) • Up to 6 comped tickets for all productions • Complimentary VIP invitations to all celebrations, receptions and parties associated with various phases of the season’s events which provide excellent exposure for your company and products • Complimentary theater rental for 1 corporate event (up to 4 hours) • Provide complimentary tickets to 25 under-served children in local region (to be dispersed throughout the season, and coordinated by Theater West End)

Education SUMMER 2020 SPONSOR A STUDENT We believe in the power and importance of arts education. That’s why at Theater West End, located in historic downtown Sanford, we’ve created an engaging West End Prep youth program specially designed for students with a passion for performing and a strong desire to work in a professional setting. These intensives focus on providing students the opportunity to immerse themselves into challenging material alongside a professional rehearsal process, preparing them for their next steps in their theatrical endeavors. No student should be turned away for financial reasons. This is where we need your help.
