1. RETURNS POLICY RETURNS POLICY Something Wrong? Go to www.santacruzbicycles.com/en-US/issue-resolution to fill out the Shipping Issue Resolution form. • Be sure to have your packing slip and a camera that you can upload photos with. • Product must be returned in new and un-built condition – this includes the use of sealant in tires. • Product must be packaged appropriately to avoid shipping damage. • Returned product that is used and/or mispackaged will result in a fee determined by Santa Cruz. • All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) provided by Santa Cruz. • All returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee except in cases where the return is due to an error on the part of Santa Cruz. • Call tags will be issued when the return is due to an error on the part of Santa Cruz. • Shipping costs on all other authorized returns are the responsibility of the sender. • Call tags cannot be issued internationally. • International shipping costs will be refunded on authorized returns if the freight invoice is provided to Santa Cruz within 30 days of the return.
2. WARRANTY POLICY WARRANTY POLICY Lifetime Frame Warranty Santa Cruz Bicycles will repair or replace at its option any frame it determines to be defective. The warranty will be in effect for lifetime of the original, registered owner. In order to confirm that you are the original owner, please register using our Warranty Registration Form at the time of purchase. Frames purchased prior to May 1, 2015 will be covered under the previously existing 5 year warranty. Warranties do not cover custom finishes. • Go to https://www.santacruzbicycles.com/en-US/frame-warranty-claim-form to fill out the Frame Warranty Claim form. No-Fault Replacement Santa Cruz Bicycles will make replacement frame parts available to the original owner at a minimal charge in the event of a crash or other non-warranty situation for the life of the bike. Reserve Carbon Wheels Santa Cruz Reserve carbon wheels carry a warranty for the lifetime of the original, registered owner. • Go to https://www.santacruzbicycles.com/en-US/reserve-wheels-warranty-claim-form to fill out the Reserve War- ranty Claim form. Lifetime Bearing Warranty Santa Cruz Bicycles pivot bearings are warranted for life to the original owner of the bike. The return process is simple: fill out the Warranty Bearing Replacement Form, upload a copy of your purchase receipt, and we’ll get a new set of bearings out to you within 48 hours! • Go to https://www.santacruzbicycles.com/en-US/bearing-warranty-claim-form to fill out the Bearing Warranty Claim form. Handlebars Santa Cruz carbon handlebars are warrantied for a period of five years from the date of purchase. FRAME OR WHEELSET REGISTRATION Santa Cruz Frame • Go to https://www.santacruzbicycles.com/en-US/bike-registration-form to fill out Santa Cruz Frame Registration form. Juliana Frame • Go to https://www.julianabicycles.com/en-US/warranty-registration-bike-registration to fill out the Juliana Frame Registration form. Reserve Carbon Wheelset • Go to https://www.santacruzbicycles.com/en-US/reserve-wheels-registration-form to fill out the Bearing Warranty Claim form.
3. SALES PROGRAMS EMPLOYEE PURCHASE Full time shop employees are eligible for discounted EP pricing directly through Santa Cruz Bicycles. • Maximum of 2 Bikes/Frames & Wheelsets per employee, per calendar year. • Products must be kept for a minimum of 12 months rolling from date of delivery. • Completed EP order form, including a manager’s signature, is required for every EP purchase. • Contact sales rep(s) for pricing information. NICA Teams receive NICA specific pricing; dealers receive discounted dealer pricing. • The entire process is conducted via dealers; dealers must verify NICA status. • NICA racers and coaches are eligible. • Only complete bike builds are eligible for discounted pricing. • Additional components & accessories (including wheelsets) excluded. • Maximum of 2 bikes for each racer, per calendar year. • Only bikes up to 130mm travel qualify for NICA (Highball, Blur, Tallboy, Stigmata, 5010, Quincy, Furtado & Joplin). • All orders must be placed through your sales rep(s) for discounting to be applied; B2B orders not accepted. GRASSROOTS Athletes receive Grassroots specific pricing; dealers receive discounted dealer pricing. • Athletes apply via the Santa Cruz/Juliana website; the approval process is conducted by Santa Cruz, or athletes can be referred to Santa Cruz by the dealer. • Once approved, Santa Cruz works with the athlete’s local dealer to arrange the sale. • Only athletes approved by Santa Cruz are eligible for the Grassroots program. • Maximum of 2 Bikes/Frames & Wheelsets per athlete, per calendar year.
4. DEMO PROGRAMS SHIP WINDOWS & TERMS Ordering Window • July 1st 2019 – March 15th 2020 Ship Window #1 • July 1st 2019 – March 31st 2020 = NET JUNE 1st Ship Window #2 (Snow Accounts) • January 1st 2020 – March 31st 2020 = NET 180 days • Snow accounts determined & approved by sales management and credit team Shipping and Requirements • Only stocking dealers in good credit standing qualify for the Demo program • All Demo shipments are limited based on available inventory levels • Complete Bikes and Wheelsets only – Framesets not valid • Free Freight on all Demo Bikes & Demo Wheelsets • Demo fleet must be kept for a minimum of one season Reserve Wheels Incentive • Additional 2% off Demo bikes with Reserve wheel upgrade Dealer Level Demo Bike Limits Wheelset Limits Premier up to 12 bikes per year 6 wheelsets per year (50% Reserve completes re- quired) A up tp 7 bikes per year 4 wheelsets per year B up to 5 bikes per year 3 wheelsets per year
