How it Works The employer issues a "Stamp" to their employee, containing information about hours worked and skills demonstrated within a given timeframe. Ecosystem Companies tend to fall in two categories: 1) organisations that offer training content and sanction a qualification, and 2) digital companies displaying accreditations on the web. Company Ownership of Tendo is split by three people and one fund (December 2019). Will Ross founded Tendo and handles everyday business operations and communication, interfacing with customers for product discovery. Will has previously worked in product management roles, and now waits tables part-time in a Vietnamese restaurant in London. Ross Greenhalf and James Allardice met working at Tesco where they held senior software positions before leading technology updates at The Economist. In November 2019, Tendo took an investment from Bethnal Green Ventures for 6% fixed equity as part of its "Tech for Good" programme.
