Contract-Required Courses

LIGHTBULBS About the CALM Certificate… • CALM training instructions are posted on MagellanMFLC.org. • After completing the course, a certificate of completion is emailed to the counselor within 24 hours. • Forward that email (with the certificate attached) to MFLCTraining@magellanhealth.com. • If you have previously completed CALM training, you can forward your certificate to MFLCTraining@magellanhealth.com. • The Certificate must be turned in within 30 days of starting your MFLC assignment. 18
LIGHTBULBS About PSBCY Certificates • NCTSN sends Magellan counselors' FK and PSBCY completion status each month • NCTSN will transfer counselor training records to Magellan − For former SRI and MHN counselors • Keep both Foundational Knowledge (FK) and PSBCY certificates for your records. − Do not send to the training team 19
