Who doesn’t like more free time in the evenings, after school or work? By keeping
the clocks at BST all year round, we can squeeze an hour more daylight into our
evenings, which is not only great for outdoor activities and sport, but can also
boost our mood: several scientific studies have shown that daylight makes us
happier than darkness.
