Welcome to Restaurant and Coffee Shop I am delighted to welcome you to the Restaurant & Coffee Shop at CAMPUS6. Our students prepare all the food, serve it and run the front of house activities whilst studying hospitality qualifications at levels 1, 2 and 3. They take great pride in preparing and serving fabulous food and in supervising each other to gain experience of restaurant management. Our students are guided by an inspirational and professional team of staff, who encourage our students to achieve the highest standards. EAT, DRINK, ENJOY At Pembrokeshire College we are pleased to be able to offer a fine dining OPENING TIMES: experience in our Restaurant. COFFEE SHOP: MONDAY - FRIDAY Themed evenings take place every 9.30AM – 1.30PM Thursday during term-time which give our students an opportunity to RESTAURANT: experiment with different styles of LUNCH 12.00PM - 1.30PM cooking and to work alongside some of the top chefs from across Wales. DON'T FORGET FRIDAY IS ROAST DINNER DAY! The Coffee Shop serves breakfast and light lunches from Monday to Friday. Lunch is also available daily in our THURSDAY EVENINGS Restaurant which serves a roast every ARRIVAL 6.00PM – 6.30PM Friday. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL 01437 753 165 We change the menus daily and our students prepare all the dishes using the freshest of ingredients which are ALL OPENING TIMES ARE sourced locally wherever possible. Then come along to our Thursday Themed Evenings: 23rd September: Gourmet Burger £19.95 Book a table for our modern take on the classic burger. Choose an indulgent duck burger with gruyere cheese or simply go for our classic handmade cheese burger with loaded fries. 30th September: A Taste of Morocco £19.95 Ever been to Morocco? If not then feel like you’re there with a mix of authentic recipes from around the beautiful country. 7th October: Italian Fine Dining £19.95 Dine out in style with Mozzarella Arancini, Guinea Fowl, Rissotto, Tiramisu or Pear and Amaretti Tart. 14th October: Tapas Evening £19.95 Get a group together and enjoy a relaxed chat whilst sampling traditional Spanish favourites such as Paella, Tortilla Espano, Panacotta and Churros. 21st October: Best of British Indian Cuisine £19.95 A selection of British Indian restaurant classics to include an authentic Chicken Tikka Masala and a variety of side dishes to make your mouth water. 28th October: A Taste of New Orleans £19.95 Our take with a blend of Cajun and creole cooking styles made famous in this vibrant City. 4th November: Mexican £19.95 Classic Mexican cuisine at its best! Sample our quesadillas, chilli, burritos, tortillas and guacamole to name but a few. 11th November: A Taste of British Game £19.95 Join us to celebrate the quality of British game. We will have dishes using meat from deer and pigeon which will be served with seasonal local produce. Perfect for an autumn evening. 25th November: Beaujolais Nouveau £19.95 An authentic French menu with a choice of Coq au Vin, deconstructed Beef Bourguignon or Vegetable Pithivier. And who could possibly refuse a Crêpe Suzette…? The Beaujolais Nouveau is the “pièce de résistance” and completes this truly French experience. 2nd, 9th, 16th December: Christmas Dinner £27.00 Vegetarian options are available with each menu but please advise when booking of any dietary requirements.
