AHR Expo: Amiad's par cipa on at AHR Expo in Atlanta, January 14-16, 2019 – mee ng today's HVAC's
challenges.
During the last AHR Expo, our team
presented the newest Mini-Sigma filter,
originally designed for irriga on purposes,
showing its successful opera on in the US
and around the world. It is now being
integrated into the HVAC offering, able to
efficiently replace centrifugal separators in
diverse applica ons.

Amiad University for Industrial Segments
January 23-24, 2019, Reno, Nevada
Amiad successfully hosted a two day seminar that combined product and technology training, market
insights, and case studies. A successful format that creates value encouraging sharing of informa on and
experience among par cipants. The program included a comprehensive review of filtra on solu ons for
cooling towers, the plas c injec on industry, the oil & gas market, municipal market, mining, and the
food and beverage industry.

Meet our new team members!
Tiffany Zare, Applica ons Engineer
Tiffany is a new Applica ons Engineer. She graduated with a master's in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlo e.
Before coming to Amiad, she taught high school math and worked as a
manufacturing engineer. Tiffany enjoys being outdoors and hiking with her
husband. She is excited to be joining the Amiad family.
Katherine Pucke , Mechanical Engineer
Katherine was born and raised in Huntersville, NC, and loves the area so much
that she chose to stay here in her adult life. She is a recent graduate of the
University of North Carolina at Charlo e with a bachelor’s in Mechanical
Engineering. In her free me, Katherine enjoys hiking and camping in the
mountains of North Carolina with her dog Daisy. She is grateful and excited to
start her career at Amiad.
Piero Suman, Director of Product Marke ng
Piero was born and raised in Milan – Italy. A er earning a bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano he joined a B2B Marke ng
program at SDA Bocconi. He started his career working for Accenture as system
specialist for an Online stock trading pla orm. He then joined the Product
Marke ng team of Moeller Electric as Product Manager and supported numerous
new product launches.
He then moved to Bonn, Germany for Moeller GMBH to take the posi on of Regional Sales Support
Manager for the Southern Europe region. A er one year, he moved back to Milan to manage the
Mediterranean distributors for Eaton Electric. He con nued his career joining Johnson Electric as Key
Account Manager and Export Manager for the Balkan region.
In 2014, Piero moved to Dayton, OH as Business Development Manager for Johnson Electric. In the past
two years he worked for Johnson Electric as Director of Sales and Product Management for the Product
Business division. Piero enjoys the outdoors, loves cooking, and ge ng lost riding his motorcycle.For addi onal informa on, contact us:
