Established in 1855 and with unrivalled growth, we now
have more than 600 owned and affiliate offices and
associates across the world. We are able to provide a full
range of integrated real estate services and can consistently
deliver any type of assignment on a worldwide basis.

We have a wealth of experience and track record and

In June 2014 Savills completed the acquisition of Studley,
a leading US independent commercial real estate services
firm specialising in tenant representation, now operating in
the Americas as Savills Studley.

Benefiting from an additional 25 offices across the US,
the acquisition has provided Savills with a significant US
footprint strengthening our position as a leading advisory
business focused on the world’s key cities.

Following this acquisition, we are delighted to introduce
Savills Worldwide Occupier Services. The Savills brand
is synonymous with quality and our aim is to provide
occupiers with a service that is the best in class.
