Established in 1855 and with unrivalled growth, we now have more than 600 owned and affiliate offices and associates across the world. In June 2014 Savills completed the acquisition of Studley, a leading US independent commercial real estate services firm specialising in tenant representation, now operating in the Americas as Savills Studley. Benefiting from an additional 25 offices across the US, the acquisition has provided Savills with a significant US footprint strengthening our position as a leading advisory business focused on the world’s key cities. Following this acquisition, we are delighted to introduce Savills Worldwide Occupier Services.
