OVERVIEW OF LINDSAY BENNELONG DEVELOPMENTS Lindsay Bennelong Developments was established by Peter Campbell. Peter founded the residential housing company Clarendon Homes and quietly transformed it into a major property development group, CPG Australia. CPG Australia was sold to then ASX listed Investa Property Group in 2004. In 2007, Peter assembled an experienced team to take his new company, Lindsay Bennelong, to the forefront of property development in Australia. Lindsay Bennelong is currently engaged in commercial, industrial and residential development projects across Sydney. Having sold out in record time the development is currently well advanced in construction and due for completion early 2017. ADVANX EAST Project Value: $140 million ADVANXEAST comprised a total of 130 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and showroom and 2055 sqm of retail floor space. Sold to a single investor this space will create an exciting new dining experience for residents and the public from the catchment area. Key aspects of the project included a new urban plaza and an extensively landscaped central courtyard further enhance the appeal of the site. 9
ADVANX Project Value: $245 million Lindsay Bennelong undertook this transformation of one of last major development opportunities in Sydney’s Inner- East, the former Advanx Tyre & Rubber site in Rushcutters Bay. This exclusive residential precinct now represents an outstanding and successful example of inner city living, offering a diverse range of apartments and retail. Located in the midst of an affluent and growing population that connects directly with the Inner-East and CBD. This is a true gateway location. ADVANX has built an outstanding reputation anchored in part by its public transport access being located mid-way between Edgecliff and King Cross CityRail Station. FOX SPORTS AT GORE HILL Project Value: $100 million On the site of the former ABC studios at Gore Hill, on Sydney’s lower North Shore, Lindsay Bennelong is creating a progressive business precinct that will set the benchmark for future commercial and industrial development. The 4.56-hectare site will feature combinations of iconic office space, premium showrooms, a precinct of ancillary retail and hi-tech industrial space. Current and planned buildings will showcase exemplary contemporary architecture and sit within extensively landscaped open space. Technologically advanced initiatives to create the highest level of environmental sustainability have been implemented. The Fox Sports Building at Gore Hill received the 2013 National Commercial/Industrial Construction Award, $20 million to $50 million. 15
ASX AT GORE HILL ASX at Gore Hill is a contemporary data and office building in St Leonards, North Sydney’s premier commercial district.
