The Emiba project started in 2007 when a team of Russian engineers led by Vasiliy Kuzminykh invented a device capable of creating and retaining ultrahigh pressures due to a combination of elementary physics and natural laws of nature. 2007 2010 2017 2018 The invention The first of the device experiment The forming of with obtaining Emiba team Launching of diamond ICO The device called "Concentrator". It became possible to synthesize materials with extreme properties at very low costs using Concentrator. One such material is the allotropic form of carbon or diamond. Diamond Application Diamond is the material of the future. Everyone is familiar with its unique jewelry qualities, but not everyone knows about its application in industry. Almost all of the physical characteristics of diamond such as strength, hardness, dielectric permeability, chemical inertness, and others exceed the characteristics of other materials by several times. Analysts believe that the use of diamonds will only expand. For example, the base element of any chip is silicon in the information age. However, the physical limit of the silicon- based processors’ development almost reached. Ava presentation to Designtuts team 4
Ultimate semiconductor material Ask any electronics engineer "what is the ultimate semiconductor material?", and the majority will say "diamond". Take a look at any comparative table of properties and the reasons are obvious: Property (relative to Si GaAs GaN SiC Diamond silicon) Thermal conductivity 1 0.3 0.9 3.1 13.5 Thermal expansion 1 1.6 2.2 1.6 0.03 coefficient Dielectric constant 1 1.06 0.9 0.9 0.5 Electron mobility 1 5.67 0.83 0.67 3.0 Hole mobility 1 0.67 0.42 0.08 6.3 Saturated carrier velocity 1 1 2.2 2 >2,5 Ava presentation to Designtuts team 5
The reasons of diamond processors’ lack While Moore's law is still in effect, the Dennard scaling(*) ceased to function in 2006. This suggests that the density of transistors on a single chip has reached its limit because of leakage currents. That is why the performance gain of new processors stopped to grow in comparison with earlier models. Diamond is a promising element of silicon replacement with unlimited market volume. All technologies using diamonds are already discovered, but humanity has not switched to the widespread use of diamonds in chips and processors. The reason is the high cost of rough diamonds and the difficulty to obtain crystals of suitable quality. The Emiba team solved these issues in its laboratory and set goals now to scale of processes up. *https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dennard_scaling Ava presentation to Designtuts team 6
Solution Engineers of the Emiba Project obtained samples of diamond with a decreased costs in several times lower than with current technologies at the laboratory prototype. The used technology and the quality of the result diamond crystals leave no doubt we will be able to saturate the market with diamond raw materials for all the needs of the economy after the launch of a production and its scaling. Diamond synthesis technologies The market of synthetic diamonds is shared by large players, including Element Six and Applied Diamond, as well as minor noname Chinese producers. However, everyone uses HPHT (high pressure high temperature) or CVD (chemical vapor deposition). The disadvantages of both technologies are high-energy consumption and a long synthesis time, which leads to a high cost of diamonds. Ava presentation to Designtuts team 8

Forecast of mining and synthesis diamonds Frost & Sullivan Company expects the production of diamonds will grow in geometric progression and will reach 100 million carats in 2034. In addition, it will be equal to the volume of mining natural diamonds. Emiba Company’s entry into the emerging synthetic diamond market with the new technology will allow it to take a significant market share with a limited number of players (*). *http://www.forbes.ru/tehnologii/359379-zhivye-kamni-kak-iskusstvennye-almazy-zavoevyvayut-rynok Ava presentation to Designtuts team 10
Planned business indicators According to the analytical agency QYResearch, the world synthetic diamond market is $ 18 billion in 2017 (*). This value includes all possible applications of synthetic diamonds. There are some internal factors of the Emiba project innovation, low energy consumption, low cost, high profitability. These factors will allow us to take a significant market share after the opening of production. It will be possible to pay high dividends to shareholders with planned a market share of 5% and an average market profitability of 15%. It is also planned to maintain a high P / E ratio (profit / share price), which will lead share’s price to rise. *https://www.qyresearch.com/index/detail/648030/global-synthetic-diamond-market Ava presentation to Designtuts team 11
Goals and tasks The final goal of the project is a highly profitable business to synthesis materials using ultra-high pressures, including low-temperature diamonds. We divide all the work of the Emiba project into 3 phases: Phase 1 Phase 2: ICO Phase 3: IPO Development of a laboratory To scale the Concentrator Industrial production. prototype – the Concentrator up and obtain a diamond Synthesis of raw and technology to obtain low- sample on a scaled diamonds on temperature diamonds. installation. an industrial scale. What is the Emiba token? The Token is a coupon in the IPO of Emiba Company for the priority participation with receiving a 50% discount on securities’ value. The token contains the following rights, duties and functions: - Registration and accounting of tokens holders. Keeping the registry is transparent and anonymous thanks to the blockchain technology; - The organization of the tokens’ secondary market. Trading operations with Emiba tokens will appear after listing on the exchange; - The implementation of the Emiba project's responsibility to the token’s holders. The rights to Emiba's securities will be approved to the token’s holders after the completion of the ICO phase and the reverse token transaction. Ava presentation to Designtuts team 13

About Emiba token After successful implementation of the ICO phase, the token’s holders can purchase a security with a nominal value of $10 at a price of $5 or exchange two tokens for one security. It is expected the market price of the token at this moment will be approximately equal to the discount in absolute terms or $5. There will be a choice in front of all token’s holders between to sell Emiba tokens on the exchange or to realize the rights i.e. become a shareholder of company. The Emiba’s team cannot control, manipulate or predict the market value of tokens or securities, but Emiba token during the ICO phases will be always valued thanks to the financial model, and market price will be a subjective assessment of market participants. Ava presentation to Designtuts team 16
About Emiba token When choosing an exchange option for securities, the token’s holders will receive all the rights and obligations of the shareholder, including the right to vote at the general meeting, the right to receive dividends, etc. However, the technology of blockchain and legislation is in constant developing, and it is quite possible laws will be adopted soon to equalize the rights of digital and traditional assets. In this case, we will consider the possibility of keeping the register of the company's shareholders in the digital environment using the crypto-money turnover. Ava presentation to Designtuts team 17
Referral program In order to promote the project, the Emiba’s team refused bounty programs, air drop and took a more effective way of promotion - a referral program. Any investor can become a partner of the project and earn for promoting the project by transferring a referral link through all possible channels. After registration in the personal account, each user receives his referral link, which leads other persons to direct registration in the personal account. You will receive a referral reward as a percentage of the amount invested by an invited person by a referral link. The funds you receive do not deduct from your referrals investment but charge from the company's budget allocated for partner compensation payments. Ava presentation to Designtuts team 18
Referral program Investing is possible with phiatic or with cryptocurrency and the referral reward will correspond to the type of currency. You can withdraw the referral reward at any time to your personal account (phiatic or cryptocurrency) by submitting an appropriate request in your personal account. Banking withdraws can take up to 3 working days. We reserve you the right to choose: withdraw your referral reward to your personal account or purchase Emiba tokens more. Conclusion The 21st century is marked by the century of digital technologies. Today progress is moving fast and it is accelerating every day. Innovative devices and technologies are created, which it was impossible even to imagine a few years ago. There is a global automation, computerization and digitization of such industries as medicine, transport, heavy industry, science, law, banking, etc. There were different epochs in the history of humanity: the Stone Age, the Bronze Age, the Iron Age. Then the material with more advanced technical and economic characteristics displaced the less effective material. We live in the information age, the age of computerization. The processor on the silicon substrate arranged in almost every electronic device: a computer, a smartphone, a tablet, a VR gadget, etc. The era of "silicon chips" also seeks finishing of material's technical and economic characteristics in the coming years. A diamond technical revolution is inevitable; its beginning had already laid. The choice is yours: to observe it from the outside and remain a passive consumer or become a co-owner of a highly profitable business in high-tech and to help accelerate progress with earning with us.
