SITUATION
Sandbanks is situated in the much sought-after town of North Berwick in East Lothian. It has
access to golf courses, unspoilt beaches, leisure centre, shops and a harbour within walking
distance of the property. North Berwick has its own golf courses including West Links Golf
Course and the Glen Golf Course at the other end of the town and locally the renowned
Muirfield golf club which regularly hosts the Open Championship. Renaissance and Archerfield
Links are a few miles away.

and there are also private schools both in East Lothian and in Edinburgh.

North Berwick train station offers services into Edinburgh, taking approximately half an hour.
There are also regular bus services to Edinburgh and Dunbar.
