The three Dutch gables and brick façade were added in the 17c enclosing the timber frame. DIRECTIONS INFORMATION From Guildford take the A3 northbound, after 1.6 miles exit the A3 onto the B2215 signposted SERVICES Ripley/ Woking and A247 Dorking. Follow this slip road for 0.6 miles. Upon reaching the Gas fired central heating, Mains Electricity, mains drainage, broadband. roundabout continue ahead on the B2215 towards Ripley. After 1.6 miles you will enter Ripley High Street where the property can be found on the left-hand side. If you are traveling from the FIXTURES & FITTINGS M25, exit at junction 10 onto the A3 Southbound. Exit left signposted Horsley and Ripley. At the Carpets, curtains, light fittings, and garden statuary are excluded from the sale, but some items end of the slip road stay in the right-hand lane taking the 2nd exit towards Ripley village.
