1. School Residence – Dragonara Apartments, St. Julian’s
Unique for Berlitz Malta! The Berlitz Residence is in the same building as the school. This enables the
students, Adults as well as children, not to have to travel or walk or spend money to go to the school or to
entertainment areas twice or three times a day. This is a great, great plus which no other English Language
School in Malta enjoys. The Dragonara Apartments is a 3 star classification consisting of 30 units in one
building on the main road of lively Paceville, and situated on top of the Berlitz Language Centre. There are
studios, 1-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom apartments. Lifts are available to all floors. Free high speed
Wi-Fi available in all rooms and public areas.

This Berlitz Language Centre is independently owned and operated
Private Room in an Apartment: All beds are suitable for adults. Shared bathroom with hand held shower,
toilet and mostly with balcony. Kitchenette with two electric rings oven/grill and refrigerator. Safety deposit
box (subject to deposit), ceiling fan and electric heater.
Sharing Room in an Apartment: The guest shares the apartment (studio, one bedroom or 2 bedroom
apartment), kitchenette and bathroom with other students.
Other Information:
• Students must be 18 years and over and will share with same sex. Students with special requirements
are to make their demands known at booking stage (e.g. asthma, gluten free, etc.).
• A selection of studios, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments are available on request.
Residence is always subject to availability.
• Breakfast and dinner (if booked) is served at The St. George’s Park Hotel across the road. Free use of
outdoor pool, sundeck with umbrellas as parasols at The St. George’s Park Hotel on presentation of
Berlitz Student Card.
• If arriving after 16.00 during week days and anytime during weekends kindly collect your key from The
St. George’s Park Hotel reception. Eco - Contribution Tax not included.
• The below rates apply for individual bookings. For groups for more than 5 students please request our
group rates.

2. The St. George’s Park Hotel 3*, St. Julian’s
The St. George's Park Hotel situated opposite Berlitz Language Centre Malta cannot be in a more central
position. In the very centre of the lively area of Paceville in St Julians the hotel is fun, with a host of facilities to
appeal to everyone. The St. George's Park Hotel dominates the area and is located only 300 metres from the
only sandy beach in St Julian’s and Sliema of St. George`s Bay. Restaurants, shops, bars and a Casino are on the
doorstep.
All rooms feature private bathroom, hand-held shower, fan and heater which are individually controlled,
satellite TV, safety deposit facility, hair dryer, and a balcony or terrace. Studios also have a kitchenette.
Portable Air Conditioning units per room/apartment. Hotel rooms have two, three or four single beds. All
rooms have a balcony or terrace, and many overlook the pool area. Studio apartments have three single beds
and a large balcony. Lifts to all rooms and studios
Reception - 24 hours by seven days Check-in - rooms are available from 14:00hr on your arrival.
Check-out - rooms are vacated by 10.00hrs on your day of departure. Luggage room, transfer room and toilet
and shower facilities are also available for early arrivals or late departures. Restaurant - open daily with buffet
service and serving cooked English breakfast and more. Lunches and dinners are varied and each is of three
courses.

This Berlitz Language Centre is independently owned and operatedSafety deposit boxes - room safes are installed in all rooms, and are free of charge Shaver and other electrical
points are installed in bathrooms. Malta uses a 240 volts (50 cycles) system. Adapters are sold within the
complex.
Television and Radio - a variety of local and international channels, in-house satellite TV channels and a
popular TV station in all rooms and studios. International football matches and other sports are available in a
number of bars close to the hotel
Outdoor Pool with Children’ section, Pool deck bars - Open during the summer months, offering a large variety
of beverages, hot and cold snacks Extensive sun terraces with Sun beds, mats and parasols - set out on pool
decks and sun terraces for your leisure all free of charge. Non-heated indoor pool. Baby-sitting services,
Money exchange bureau, Car-hire, Tours and taxi services are all available at a small cost from Reception.

Hotel rooms with private bathroom or self-catering apartments with private bathroom and
kitchenette. All bills included (water, electricity) and high-speed Wi-Fi. Use of launderette and tumble
driers available.

4. Host Families
Staying with an English-speaking Maltese family is an excellent way of maximising your educational experience
with Berlitz Malta. Staying with a family gives you the opportunity to practise your English whilst providing you
with a cultural experience that you will remember for the rest of your life! Host Family accommodation is
available to students of all ages however we recommend this type of accommodation for students who are
under 18 years of age. Staying with a family is not the same like staying at a hotel - so students must respect
the family's way of life.
