Thank you for considering the Indianapolis Colts Grille to host your next special event! Located
in downtown Indianapolis, just blocks away from Lucas Oil Stadium, the Convention Center, and
Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the Colts Grille has established itself as the best place for students,
families, companies, and all Hoosier fans to meet and enjoy great food, drinks, service and
entertainment.

The Colts Grille has the ability to host events of all sizes and occasions. From intimate dinners
of 10 to corporate functions of 400, we can accommodate them all! Our dynamic spaces,
chef-driven menus, and state of the art audio-visual system create personalized events in a
unique, and upscale atmosphere.

Let us work with you to personalize your event and ensure that your guests have a wonderful
time! We can provide off-the menu food items, various themed banquet menus, and the oppor-
tunity to customize your own menu with the help of our experienced and creative chefs.

Below are only a few details that set the Indianapolis Colts Grille apart from other restaurants:
•      Half a million dollar, state of the art AV and entertainment equipment with 66 HD TV’s
•      As the first Official NFL-Team licensed restaurant, we have access to Blue, the Colt’s
       Official Mascot, Cheerleaders, Super Bowl Trophy, ticket giveaways etc. for your special
       event
•      Chef-driven menu with over 50 items all made in house, and unique banquet and party
       platter menus
•      On-site chef to customize menus for special events and dietary requests
•      Extensive beverage list featuring 40 draft beers, 32 bottled beers, (many seasonal and
       local Indiana microbrews), flavorful Featherweights that are all 100 calories or less,
       and a progressive wine list
•      Décor packages for linens, floral arrangements, centerpieces etc
•      Opportunities for corporate branding through TV’s, presentations, décor, linens and
       glassware
•      Customizable packages for celebrations including cakes, decorations, champagne
       toasts, personalized drinks and menu items
•      Close relationships with local rental and staging company, if there are decorations or
       equipment not currently available in house we assure you it can be provided for your
       special event

Our Events Coordinator will work with you every step of the way, ensuring each detail is perfect
for your special event. Everyone on our staff from the servers, bartenders, chefs, and manag-
ers set very high standards for service, striving to exceed guests expectations and ensuring
they have a wonderful time.

We can accommodate groups of all sizes and events for all occasions including:

•    Corporate dinners, meetings and presentations
•    Bridal showers, baby showers and rehearsal dinners

Group Terms and Conditions:
•     Group reservations require a signed contract and credit card to reserve the room or
      space.
•     The Indianapolis Colts Grille does not charge a “Room Fee” for the space. We will work
      with you to create a food and beverage minimum based upon the date, time, size of
      event, and any outside factors (conventions, sporting events etc.)
•     20% gratuity and a 9% sales tax will be added to the final bill.
•     Full payment is required at the conclusion of your function.
•     If guest count is greater than confirmed amount, you will be charged for additional
      guests. If it is less, you will be charged for the final number confirmed.
•     Cancelling the event 14 days or less notice will result in charge of 50% of the food and
      beverage minimum.
Jim Irsay’s VIP Owner’s Box
This room is ultra exclusive and will provide your special event with the most privacy. It is
equipped with 4 HD flat screen TV’s, Skype capabilities and has its own sound-zone to play
your customized music playlist, or live sound for your favorite game. It is also equipped with
an ISDN line for radio broadcasting! The Jim Irsay Room comfortably accommodates 12-15
guests and includes lounge chairs, a couch and a table that seats 6-8 guests.

Peyton Manning Room
This room is the largest individual private dining space for group events. Located on the
Washington Street side of the venue, the Peyton Manning room has big bay windows sur-
rounding the space almost entirely. The room lights up at night with the shining lights from the
Indiana Repertory Theatre and Washington Street. Great for rehearsal dinners and network-
ing events, the 7 HD TV’s can customize to play any presentation, welcome note, interactive
games, and more. We can also customize a sound zone for your special event, specifically for
your guests to hear! The Manning Room can accommodate events from 60 to 80 guests.
Raymond Berry Room
This room is perfect for events of all occasions! We can comfortably include a buffet, and cre-
ate seating for up to 45 guests. Thinking more of a cocktail reception or a networking event?
We can fit upwards of 60! The Raymond Berry Room has 5 HD TV’s and a 111” projection
screen that can be customized to display anything you choose!

Tony Dungy Room
Named after former Indianapolis Colts head coach Tony Dungy, this room is great for events
of all occasions. With a spacious floor plan, the room can be utilized for groups of up to 60
guests. The 6 HD Flat screen TV’s and 111”projector screen in this room can be customized
to play anything you want! The room can also have a personalized sound zone for your special
event! ‘
Reggie Wayne Room
The Reggie Wayne room is a perfect fit for a wide range of events. The glass partition Nano
wall encloses the room almost entirely, creating an ultra private feel.  The Tony Dungy Room
can comfortably accommodate 45 guests comfortably, and upwards of 55 with a cocktail
reception layout. The Tony Dungy Room has 8 large HD flat screen TV’s, with an additional 3
personal TV’s built into the booths for customized viewing preferences. The Tony Dungy room
is great for events of all types!

Best Patio in Downtown Indianapolis!
This fantastic patio rests on West Washington Street, and is the best in town when it comes
to outdoor dining. Relax under our large cooling umbrellas, or take the opportunity to soak up
some sun! You won’t miss the game with the 7 HD TVs that look out on to the patio. Enjoy din-
ner for two or a refreshing brew on the best patio downtown!
