2020 Otago Tour hosted by RallySport Magazine 2020 Otago Rally Tour Thursday, April 2 to Monday, April 6, 2020 TOUR ITINERARY Thursday, April 2 Dunedin. We expect to see 3 stages for the day. TOUR COST: 5 days/4 nights Today you will have free time to take in the sights l $1436 per person twin share of Dunedin at your leisure. (We can give you some l $1876 per person single share sightseeing ideas closer to the event) * Based on a minimum of 10 passenger bookings From around 4.00pm you can make the short walk from the hotel to Dunedin’s Octagon, where the Rally Show Payment requirements: and official ceremonial start will take place. * Booking deposit $500 per person Grab yourself some dinner while in town. * Then balance due by January 21, 2020. Final itinerary to be advised, although we expect to be able to visit 3 stages for the day. We will stop for lunch during the day (at your expense). Overnight: Scenic Hotel Southern Cross, Dunedin Sunday, April 5 Breakfast at your hotel. Leg Two: Travel by bus to the day’s stages, south of The Otago Rally’s iconic Kuri Bush special stage

2020 Otago Rally Tour hosted by RallySport Magazine Terms & Conditions Validity: These terms and conditions are valid only for the RallySport Magazine Otago Rally Tour, April 2020. Prices: All pricing and tour information contained in this brochure is correct at the time of printing. We do, however, reserve the right to make amendments to tour itineraries, content and pricing should circumstances beyond our control make such changes necessary. Costs are based on a land only basis, commencing and terminating in Dunedin. Airfares are additional and are the responsibility of the traveller. Due to volatile global currency fluctuations, prices may change and are not guaranteed until payment in full has been received. In order to avoid price increases, we recommend you make your full payment as soon as possible. Credit card (Visa and Mastercard) payments incur a 1.0% fee, and 1.8% for AMEX. Payment Requirements: A deposit of AU$500 per person is required upon booking together with the completed Booking Form & Disclaimer. Final payment is due no later than January 21, 2020. All payments are to be made via our booking agent, Tewantin Travel. Cancellations: In the event of cancellation prior to January 21, 2020, a $250 administration fee will be charged. No refunds apply for cancellation of bookings on/after March 1, 2020. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover you against loss of monies paid because of unavoidable cancellation, due to illness or other causes, personal baggage loss, medical expenses, etc. Please contact Tewantin Travel if you require assistance with purchasing Travel Insurance. Accommodation: Accommodation is based on a twin share basis at Scenic Hotel Southern Cross Dunedin. Single rooms may be available on request. If travelling alone, you will be required to pay the single supplement. Responsibility: Tewantin Travel and RallySport Magazine act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotels, car operators and all other contractors/suppliers and therefore disclaim any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, accident, change of schedule or other irregularities caused by or arising from, circumstances beyond our control.
